The Letter was signed by C.D.O. Priyanka Niranjan when new C.D.O. had taken charge on 21Jan which means she had already been transferred by the government.
Concerned accountable public functionaries C.D.O. Priyanka Niranjan had been transferred and New C.D.O. took the charge in Mirzapur district on 21/Jan/2020, then how is it feasible to give clean chit to the wrongdoer A.D.O. panchayat Chhanvey Mirzapur who was taking bribes in the name of senior officers and caught red handed in the video made by the whistleblower. In the district C.D.O. is the head of developmental works under the monitoring of the District Magistrate. How can this report be credible whose integrity itself is not impeccable. C.D.O. Priyanka Niranjan herself is under the eye of law as serious charges are also on her and she manipulated everything to set the wrongdoer staff set free who was working at the behest of senior officers to collect bribes from gram pradhans.This matter has been covered under carpet because of rampant corruption in the government machinery. Why communication was signed by C.D.O. Priyanka Niranjan when new comer C.D.O. took the charge which means she had been already transferred.
An enquiry may be ordered in the matter so that truth could be unearthed in accordance with the law. Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the deep-rooted corruption and there is a nexus between corrupt people in the government which is the root cause that no action is feasible against corrupt staff. Here there is videography of A.D.O. Panchayat during taking a graft of Rs.100000 a huge graft yet concerned are honest. Most surprising, this huge graft was being taken in the name of higher rank bureaucrats.
Description of Information Sought A video viral in which A.D.O. Panchayat is visible as taking a graft of Rs.one Lakh, representation sent to various public functionaries is attached.
1-Provide the findings of the team set up by D. M. Mirzapur.
2-Detail of aforementioned team members including name and designation be provided.
3-Provide communications exchanged with the government by district administration.
4-Provide minutes of proceeding with the action taken report. Concerned did not provide the aforementioned information.

ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly the Matter concerns the deep rooted corruption and the pseudo honest Yogi Adityanath government in the state of Uttar Pradesh will not take any action in the matter because of the corruption prevailed throughout the government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the repeated representations submitted before the chief minister office and they overlooked the matter on the flimsy ground which is showing that they are acting in caucus with the corrupt public functionaries in the subordinate offices..
