* Prayer or Relief Sought The Court of sub divisional Magistrate performs quasi judicial work and information sought by the information seeker is available in the office of the Subdivisional Magistrate which is being withheld by him because of rampant corruption in his working ipso facto. I have not sought any opinion or consent but sought information which must be available and accessible to aggrieved Sugun Singh whose behalf of this information is being sought. You failed to understand the contents of a representation because of your incompetence. What is information Information is any material in any form. It includes records, documents, memos, e-mails, opinions, advices, press releases, circulars, orders, logbooks, contracts, reports, papers, samples, models, data material held in any electronic form. It also includes information relating to any private body which can be accessed by the public authority under any law for the time being in force.
PIO may provide the following information pointwise as sought to the information seeker.
1-Provide the detail of the sub judice matter of the Sugun Singh concerned with partition which adjudication is pending in the court of sub divisional magistrate sadar.
2-Provide the petition /case number and year of the sub judice matter as revealed in the report of the aforementioned grievance.
3-Provide the name and designation of the office clerk who processed the case paper book of Sugun Singh.
4-Provide the copy if any direction issued by the Sub divisional magistrate sadar to either of the parties in the matter.

Singhविषय-An application on behalf of Sugun Singh W/O Late Krishna Kumar Singh Village Babura Post Babura District-Mirzapur PIN Code 231307 Tehsil- Sadar Prayer-Please direct the S.D.M. Sadar Mirzapur to entertain the petition of the widow impartially in a transparent and accountable manner, instead depriving her of justice in a cryptic and mysterious working style. S.D.M. Sadar may initiate the process which would be followed by the aggrieved widow through its representative in good faith. For more feedback, vide attached document to the grievance. Lack of transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public authorities is only due to the prevalent corruption in the working of the public authorities and it is obligatory duty of the concerned staff to curb corruption and promote transparency and accountability in the working. Think about the credibility of the attached report that concerned staff is saying that the matter concerning the partition of the land is pending before the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar but did not focus on it because they are running away from providing any feedback because of its cryptic dealings. Factual position is that if they are saying that the case is pending in the court of sub divisional magistrate, then they must reveal the case number and year of the case or status of the case. They are running away only because they are not interested in compromising with the corruption in the department. They fixed the rate of every feedback so in the report they did not say anything.
