Kiran Singh took shelter in Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission against atrocities perpetrated by Jigana police through cryptic works

Submissions before Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission
The matter may be considered as the supplementary to the earlier petition submitted by the aggrieved victim itself as follows.Diary No 1762/IN/2021 Case / File No 2261/24/55/2021  Victim Name KIRAN SINGH Registration Date 13/07/2021Victim-Kiran Singh W/O Late Mr. Jagdish Singh Address-Village-Kothara Kanti, Balua, Post-Shree Nivas Dham, Police station-Jigana, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh Prayer-Please direct the superintendent of police to check the cryptic and mysterious role of S.H.O.  police station Jigana, District-Mirzapur was trying to implicate widow Kiran Singh in a false case under influence of the musclemen. Station House Officer, police station Jigana through its subordinates persecuting the widow Kiran Singh and trying to implicate her in a false case of cattle trafficking cum slaughter and insult to Hindu widows and assault on the dignity. Most respectfully sheweth that 1-A sub inspector along with the constables approached Kiran Singh on 08 Oct 2021 at near about 4 O clock in the evening asked to come on police station Jigana District-Mirzapur on next day for interrogation. They took the signature of the concerned. 2-Whether it is justified that police on the false and flimsy ground may summon a widow living lonely at her house as the elder son does private jobs at the place of his deceased father and younger also living faraway. 3-Earlier she was beaten by her neighbours and She knocked the door of all concerned but Jigana police did not register First Information report and the matter was also reported to Honourable commission as aforementioned.4-Her younger son Abhishesh Singh was beaten by neighbours in which his head was broken but Jigana police registered only non cognizable report and report culminated into section 107/116 of criminal penal code which is a preventive measure. 5-Sir, whether serious head injury is amenable under section 107/116 of criminal penal code but in the working of Jigana police, rule of law has been substituted by the sheer tyranny and arbitrariness of them.                                     O God help the aggrieved lady from the oppression and suppression of the outlawed police which believe in spreading terrors in the mind of common people not sparing even the vulnerable section.  Here this question arises whether justice is not available to the widow or you can say that women and girls in this largest populous state in this largest democracy in the world? It is quite obvious that the Police is not lodging an FIR in the matter even after the repeated request even when the widow was seriously assaulted by the offenders. Whether it is good governance as claimed by the few political masters who occupied the key post?
It is positive efforts that matter has been reported to the human rights commission of the state of Uttar Pradesh because police was submitting inconsistent and arbitrary reports in the matter and making an attempt to put an end to the entire matter or you can say that they conceal the the matter from the senior rank officers through their arbitrary inconsistent reports.
Whether justice is available to the widows in the Government of Uttar Pradesh if the first information report is not registered by the police concerned and these Widows are beaten mercilessly by the offenders is quite obvious from the daily reports and police is overlooking the matter. Where is good governance in this largest democracy in the world?
