Sir, the matter is concerned with the board of High schools and Intermediate of Uttar Pradesh and repeated representations have been sent to the principal secretary of secondary education, director directorate of secondary education, Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Board and additional secretary of the regional office of Uttar Pradesh Board at Varanasi.
On the Jansunwai portal of Govt of Uttar Pradesh complaint number-60000190039329, whether concerned will explain why the aforementioned complaint was sent to the district inspector of school Mirzapur instead of the additional secretary regional office of Uttar Pradesh Board at Varanasi. In the last six months, the additional secretary regional office of the Uttar Pradesh Board at Varanasi is procrastinating on the complaints for six months and instead of taking action on the matter and concerned officers who are procrastinating in the matter, the chief minister sent the matter to the District Inspector of School Mirzapur, which is sheer unconstitutional, draconian and arbitrary. Sir, if any of the documents is forged and submitted by the college concerned, then that must be again summoned from the principal concerned but in the wide public interest, they must rectify the date of birth of the student belonging to the oppressed section. Undoubtedly there is rampant corruption in the regional office of the U.P. Board of secondary education. The root cause is that the student could not provide the convenience charges sought by them illegally from the student. If they are honest, why did they not provide the point-wise information sought by the aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya? The first appeal was submitted then the second appeal was submitted against them. Every time they are silent on the issue. Information was also sought by the applicant from them, the portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh, but they are reluctant to provide any information to the applicant. Those who are corrupt, think about the gravity of the situation. They are crushing the provisions of the RTI Act
