Everyone knows that staffs of the Development authority have employed private players who search the construction sites then bargaining is done with landlord to grant permission and this bribe ranges from 50000 to 100000 but this is first case when they are seeking bribe in the case of construction of temple.
Undoubtedly it is a cunning trick that the matters concerning serious allegations of corruption are overlooked by the accountable public functionaries in the government of Uttar Pradesh. If you know that the matter concerns the irregularity belongs to development authority Vindhya Vikas Pradhikaran, Mirzapur then you send the matter to them instead of closing the matter in the cryptic style. Grievance Description The matter concerns with the seeking bribe from the tantrik KP Singh who is coordinating the construction of Lakshmi Narsingh temple in the Mirzapur district by the junior engineer of development authority working under the the monitoring of the city magistrate Mirzapur district.
Whether the submitted grievance can be disposed of by the concerned government functionary on the ground that the prayer made is not concerned with him it may be that matter may not concerned with that public functionary but he can forward the matter to the concerned Mandate to provide the proper disposal to the aggrieved person and I think that this lackadaisical approach was adopted by the concerned government functionary only to to protect their wrong doings in the government machinery and this wrongdoing has the blessings of the senior accountable public functionaries in the Government of India as well as government of Uttar Pradesh.
Where is good governance in this largest democracy in the world if there is rampant corruption in the government offices of the Government of India and the more important corruption in the government offices of state of Uttar Pradesh is more rampant which is quite obvious from the post that a junior engineer of the development authority Mirzapur is seeking 1 lakh bribe from the patient in order to pass the map of the temple being built by taking the donations from the common people.

Who was appointed enquiry officer in the matter and who appointed enquiry officer and who gave the clean chit to the wrongdoers. According to criminal law of land if two witnesses are available then on that ground a criminal case may be instituted against the wrongdoers and Tantric K. P. Singh has two witnesses who are supporting the stand of the allegation maker. If the public functionaries are seeking the bribe from the civil persons openly which implies that there is rampant corruption in the public offices in the Government of Uttar Pradesh or you can say that there is anarchy in the Government of Uttar Pradesh and accountable public functionaries in the government are itself indulged in the deep-rooted corruption which must be curbed by the key functionaries but if the integrity of the key functionaries are itself not impeccable then what can be done only God can save us from this anarchy, and we are more aggrieved from corruption in comparison to coronavirus pandemic
