विषय -दीनानाथ यादव कुल ६००० रुपये ले चुके कार्यवाही के नाम पर किन्तु अभी तक एक भी अभियुक्त गिरप्तार नहीं हुए
महोदय
श्री मान जी ३५०० रुपये की बोलेरो गाड़ी करके २७ मई २०२१ को जिगना थाने से सोनभद्र गए मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन वास्ते क्योकि दिनांक २६ मई २०२१ सर्रोई प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सर्रोई द्वारा मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन करने के पश्चात् मामले को मंडलीय अस्पताल हजरत यूसुफ इमाम मंडलीय हॉस्पिटल अग्रसारित किया क्योकि उनके पास एक्स रे की ब्यवस्था नहीं है किन्तु २६ तारीख को कोई डॉक्टर उपरोक्त जिला अस्पताल उपस्थित नहीं थे और दूसरे दिन जिला अस्पताल के डॉक्टर मामले को जिला सोनभद्र जिला अस्पताल भेज दिए
दिनांक २९ मई २०२१ को ग्राम प्रधान नीरज के बुलाने पर प्रार्थी प्रधान के घर अपने पुत्र के साथ मोटर साइकिल से गया वहा पर नीरज प्रधान , खिलाडी सिंह , लाला , उदय राज सिंह और अन्य के समक्ष उपनिरीक्षक दीनानाथ यादव को प्रार्थी ने डीजल के नाम पर ५००० हजार रुपये दिया जिससे की मामले मंन कार्यवाही आगे बढ़ सके
दिन शुक्रवार को तारीख १८ जून २०२१ जिगना थाने में मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन के रिपोर्ट को सोनभद्र से लाने हेतु उपनिरीक्षक दीनानाथ यादव ने १००० रुपये लिया है किन्तु अभी तक उपनिरीक्षक दीनानाथ यादव महोदय ने अभी तक मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन रिपोर्ट प्रार्थी को उपलब्ध नहीं कराया
श्री मान जी अभी तक एक भी अभियुक्त को दीनानाथ यादव उपनिरीक्षक द्वारा गिरप्तार नहीं किया गया सम्बंधित को निर्देशित करे की मामले में लीपापोती न करे उचित कार्यवाही करे

Undoubtedly it is an anarchy and this anarchy is because of the rampant corruption in the government machinery.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the honesty of the Government functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
From the factual position of this post it is quite obvious that the matter concerns the serious allegations of corruption and everyone knows the credibility of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh so they will not provide information to the information seeker concerned with the corruption. Public authority is not interested in the state of Uttar Pradesh that it may provide information in the public domain so that its a corrupt staffs may face the problems in the public domain and the credibility of the public authority may get down.
ReplyDeleteIf the senior accountable public functionaries of the department of police are not acting in caucus with the the bottom bank staff of the department then they must provide the information as seeking by the the information seeker who is also the victim of the serious criminal cases.
ReplyDeleteIn the state of Uttar Pradesh criminals commit crimes by taking the police personals in good faith which is the root cause they are not subjected to the panel proceedings of the law of land because of this tacit understanding between the criminal and the public staff.
