E-COURTS Official website of District Courts, at a glance of this website and its feedings, it is quite obvious that its motive is to promote transparency and accountability the working of the judiciary. Latest updates would be made available to the parties concerned with the litigations so that they may not wander here and there unnecessarily. It is most unfortunate that apparently, it seems that this website contains minutes of proceedings whatever is going on in the Hon’ble court but the real fact is that nothing is available concerned with the court proceedings. Undoubtedly open court hearings mean proceedings of the court may be carried out in the transparent and accountable manner so that integrity of the court may always remain unquestionable. Undoubtedly E-COURTS is one of the strongest components of the development carried out by our great prime minister Modi Sir known as an embodiment of development in this largest democracy in the world.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

  2. The root cause of our deterioration is is going down credibility of our public functionaries and alarming rise in the matters concerned with the corruption and when the Complaints are being made no one is taking account of such complaints in this largest democracy in the world.
Many corruption matter concerned with judiciary were exposed by the public spirited persons but it is unfortunate that our accountable public functionaries have been so corrupt that they put the carpet on those matters.

  3. Everyone knows that credibility of the judicial institutions are going down in this largest democracy in the world and the such decrease in the quality of delivery of services is because of the the rampant corruption in the working of the public authorities and most surprising that this corruption has the blessings of the key functionaries of the department.
