Remarks
With reference to the grievance case dated 13/01/2021, it is inform that the case has been approved by the Competent Authority of the Board and a letter dated 12/01/2021 has also been sent to the school concerned with the direction to inform the candidate and submit original Marks Statement Cum Certificate along with requisite fee. Hence, the candidate concerned is required to approach the school concerned for further process.
I want to inform the concerned staffs of the regional office Allahabad now named as Prayagraj that in reply of communication dated 12/01/2021 addressed to principal of the institution concerned, entire requisite formalities formalities completed by the aggrieved student Vishal Kumar Maurya 30/01/2021. This communication dated 30/01/2021, Vishal Kumar Maurya sent through speed registered post on the same day and received by the office of public authority regional office Allahabad of central board of secondary education on 02/02/2021 quite obvious from the speed post tracking of the registered speed post. Today is 25/02/2021 but it is unfortunate that they did not provide the rectified certificate to the student ipso facto obvious from their submitted report on the public grievance portal of the government of India. It was compulsory to comply with their direction within 15 days but they are themselves not taking swift action in the matter.

With reference to the grievance case dated 07/03/2021, it is informed that the corrected documents of the candidate have been sent to the school concerned by this office letter dated 01/04/2021 (copy enclosed ) vide speed post no.EU353958389IN. Hence, the grievance is thus disposed off.

According to them board had decided to rectify the error in the name of the father of the aggrieved Vishal Kumar Maurya and they demanded Rupees 1300 in the form of BANK draft payable To Their accountable officer at the regional office Allahabad of the Central Board of Secondary Education but it seems that they had forgotten that they to provide within 15 days from from the date of receipt of of rupees 1300 rectified certificate to the aggrieved student Vishal Kumar Maurya but more than 5 months passed and they are not responding properly to the representations. Central board of secondary education must provide the rectified mark sheet BUT procrastinated too much to the aggrieved student Vishal Kumar Maurya but it is unfortunate that even after the payment of 1300 rupees they are not providing the rectified mark sheet which is a mockery of the law of land so action must be taken against the wrongdoer staff of the Central board of secondary education.

Whether they have adopted the cogent approach to redress the grievances of the common people as quite obvious that they are adopting lackadaisical approach to redress grievance of the vulnerable student as there is incorrection in the name of the father and they have charged rupees 1300 but still procrastinating on the Representation of the vulnerable student Vishal Maurya. Whether they have firm desire to resolve the problems of the students? There is substantial evidence that they did not act seriously in redressing the grievances and most surprising that still not interested to provide the rectified certificate to student.

ReplyDeleteThey had promised that once aggrieved applicant provided rupees 1300 in the office of public authority Central board of secondary education required to process the rectification of the mark sheet they will provide the rectified mark sheet and other required documents within 15 days from the date of receipt of rupees 1300 in the office of public authority Central board of secondary education to the aggrieved student Vishal Kumar Maurya.
ReplyDeleteHere in this anarchy of Modi government no one asks from the public functionaries why are they procrastinating on the submitted grievances of the public because they know that they are setting backdoor income from the public and it will increase their black money.
