Public Information Officer in the office of commissioner, rural development may provide the following information to the information seeker as follows.
1-Minakshi Devi is entitled for prime minister Awas yojana but she has not provided yet by overlooking direction 27 May 2019 of commissioner rural development attached as first page of the PDF document.
Please provide the copy of the report submitted by the chief development officer Mirzapur in compliance with the direction dated 27 May 2019 passed by commissioner rural development, Uttar Pradesh.
2-In the complaint number-40019922028075, Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur submitted the report of Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat while the complaint made on behalf of Minakshi Devi W/O Chhannu.
Please provide the circular, office memo, notification and Government Orders which support the stand of Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur. If not such manuals, then provide the action taken report against Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur.
3- Provide the total number of prime minister awases granted by the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India to Village Sakaraudi, Development block Jamaalpur, Police station- Adalhat District- Mirzapur, State- Uttar Pradesh in the financial year 2020-21 with details.

* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following current status of the submitted RTI application under subsection 1 of section 6 of the right to Information Act 2005, It is quite obvious that the appellant submitted RTI application on 5th June 2023 which was transferred to the office of the project director, Mirzapur through the public information officer/district development officer Mirzapur on 6th June 2023 to provide the information to the information seeker. It is 8th November 2023 today which implies that 5 months passed and concerned public information officer did not provide any information to the information seeker.
Here it is quite obvious that public information officer/ district development officer, Mirzapur violated the subsection 1 of Section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005. Think about the anarchy in the working of the public information officer in the office of the chief development officer Mirzapur who threw the RTI application of the applicant into the dustbin. What can be expected from the public information officer who is habitual to break the law of the land which means there is no difference between a criminal who is also a lawbreaker and a question mark of the society. I talked three times to DDO Mirzapur on his CUG Mobile number and last time he said that information has been uploaded on the portal, but it proved false.
Honourable Sir, you may check the current status of the RTI application in which no information has been uploaded by the DDO Mirzapur. The following status shows that DDO Mirzapur is not only a liar but also a great violator of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005.

Here the appellant is seeking information from the public information officer concerning the Prime Minister Awas and chief minister Awas made in the village panchayat- Sakaraudi in the development block Jamalpur as they have not made a single Awas in the village panchayat for 5 years which is the root cause they are running away from providing information to the information seeker which causes aggrieved to the appellant.
Right to Information Act 2005 was introduced by the Government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities but how the transparency and accountability will be ensured if the public information officers will not provide information to the information seekers to conceal the information of corruption.
