* Prayer or Relief Sought Not a single government awash was made at the ground in the last five years which is the root-cause Block Development Officer Jamalpur is escaping from providing information to the appellant.
Whatever fund provided by the government has been syphoned by the concerned public staff, so they are running away from providing information because of the fear to be exposed in the public.
From the following status of the submitted application under right to information actor 2005 it is quite obvious that application has been forwarded to block development officer on 22nd September 2023 for providing information to the appellant under subsection 3 of section 6 Of the right to information act 2005.

Think about the gravity of situation concerned public information officer transferred the RTI application to block development officer Jamalpur on 22nd September 2023 but it is it is most unfortunate block development officer Jamalpur did not provide any information to the appellant.
This is humble request of the appellant to most respected the Sir, 3 communications shared by the project director district Mirzapur with the appellant in which the latest communication is dated 17th November 2023 as the first page of the attached pdf document to the appeal.
In this communication project director district Mirzapur disclosed that block development officer Jamalpur may provide the information within 7 days, but it is most unfortunate block development officer did not provide any information to the appellant.
It is noticeable that projector director in his communications dated 16th October 2023 requested block development officer Jamalpur to provide the information to the appellant and these two communications are also attached as the second and third page to the attached pdf document to this appeal.

They are only playing cunning tricks with the information seekers but the factual position is that they are not providing any information under the right Information act 2005 by colluding with the state information commission of Uttar Pradesh.
