सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 के प्राविधानों के अन्तर्गत प्राप्त आपका पत्र रजिस्ट्रेशन नं० पीसीसीएफओ/आर/2024/60008 दिनांक 12.02.2024 इस कार्यालय के पत्रांक-546/सू0अ0 दिनांक 22.02.2024 द्वारा प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी, मिर्जापुर वन प्रभाग, मिर्जापुर के कार्यालय को सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम की धारा 6 (3) के अंतर्गत अंतरित करते हुए पत्र की प्रति आपको पृष्ठांकित की गयी है।

Except 5th point, the reply given by the public information officer from point 1 to .4 are misleading because of the following fact.
Seeing the forest department staff not on the spot, the villagers found the matter suspicious, so they called Ranger Drummond Ganj and informed about the matter. On the information of the villagers, the ranger sent forest officer Abhishek Singh to the spot. As soon as they got a whiff of the arrival of the forest guard, the forest mafia, who was cutting wood, escaped from the spot. The forest inspector has taken possession of the cutter machine found on the spot.
Most respected Sir there is need to obtain prior permission in case farmers cut down the trees in their own land but these trees belong to the Department of forest which is the root cause they fled away from the spot.
The forest inspector has taken possession of the cutter machine found on the spot.The trees belonging to the Department of forest and exempted category can be cut down by anonymous persons/outfit ipso facto.The provided information is misleading so concerned public information officers must be directed to provide information with reason as required under Subsection 1D of section 4 of the right to information act 2005. Communications exchanged by the department in the matter are attached to the appeal in pdf form.
In the area, the forest mafias are openly cutting green trees by painting the forest department on the tractors/other carriers. The villagers have demanded action against the forest mafia. In this context, Ranger Drummond Ganj Virendra Kumar Tiwari said that serus and chilbil are exempted species of trees. The tractor trolley on which the forest department was painted did not belong to the department of forest. The forest department is written on the tractor trolley in the area and those who cut trees are being traced. Action will be taken against them assured by the department of the forest.
