The report of the concerned lekhpal dated 6th February 2024 is attached as the 3rd page to the attached PDF document to the grievance. The applicant made the allegation of the grabbing of the entire government land in the village panchayat and the araji numbers of the government lands are attached to the PDF documents to the grievance.

The matter concerns the forgery of the revenue records and the selling of the government land in the village panchayat Bihasada Khurd by the lekhpal which is the root cause no government land land is free clutches of the land grabbers.

It is quite obvious that the concerned lekhpal in his report requested the applicant to make grievances specific instead of serious allegations of corruption which is in general but requested to make its specific.

The applicant is focusing on one of such issues here.

Araji number-164 which details are mentioned in the first line of the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. This nakal was provided by the concerned lekhpal on 18th November 2016. Which is quite obvious from the details of the concerned staff of the tehsil sadar.

Later Araji number-164 converted Araji number-164 K and Araji number-164 KH and Araji number-164 K was provided to Ramraj S/O Mewa and others as transitory land.

Araji number-164 was non agriculture land for gardens and others belonging to the government.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the concerned accountable staff to check the old revenue records of the village panchayat Bihasada khurd and tally it to the new records and thereafter proper action must be taken against the lekhpal who made the forgery with the revenue records of the village panchayat Bihasada khurd and sold government land to the land grabbers as mentioned above.
