* Description of Information Sought Public information officer in the office of director general prosecution must provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as follows.

1- Public information officer must provide the latest guideline provided to the assistant prosecution officers regarding conduct of business concerning examination of witnesses of prosecution. 

2-PIO must provide the available guidelines of the government which provide reprieve to old age witnesses from cumbersome proceedings of court so that we may not be treated like accused. 

3-Please provide the maximum time taken by the A.P.O. to produce witnesses before the court for witness testimony when witnesses are always ready from the date of registration of case in the court. 

PIO may provide the three points information within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 in the light of following details and attached documents to the RTI application. .   

To establish an effective and impartial prosecution in the State, Directorate of Prosecution was established in 1980.Function of the Directorate is to have administrative control and to monitor the work of Administrative Director Prosecution, Joint Director Prosecution, Senior Prosecution Officer, Assistant Prosecution Officer working in Directorate of Prosecution. Here one thing is noticeable that neither they are telling us the fixed time when they will examine us nor they are taking out witness testimony by taking recourse to some pretext.
