Rating Remarks

It is quite I use that more than 6 years passed since the date order was issued by the Uttar Pradesh state information commission regarding the implementation of the order passed by the Honourable commissioner of the Uttar Pradesh state information. It is fact that if the Uttar Pradesh state information commission will become teeth less to ensure the compliance of the order passed by the Honourable commissioner of the Uttar Pradesh state information commission then no public information officer will provide information to the information seekers which is quite obvious from the current status of the right to information act 2005. It seems that there is no rule of law in the state of Uttar Pradesh but we are governed by the rule of anarchy which is quite obvious from the Lackadaisical approach of the concerned public staff who are not complying the order passed by the Uttar Pradesh state information commission regarding the recovery of penalties imposed on the public information officers

  1. It is quite obvious that government is failed to recover the penalties imposed by Uttar Pradesh state information commission because of the rampant corruption in the working of the public authorities so need of our is there may be complete overhauling of the government machinery so that there maybe transparency and accountability in the working of the government machinery.

  2. Think about the gravity of situation district magistrate Mirzapur did not make compliance of the order passed by Uttar Pradesh state information commission sent by the registrar of the Uttar Pradesh state information to the district magistrate Mirzapur for the compliance of the order. Unfortunately it reflects the rule of anarchy in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

  3. If the criminalisation of the government machinery has taken place then who will take action against the corrupt elements in the society? The democratic setup has been disappeared because of the specific outfit belonging to the ruling party. We are ruled by anarchy.
