Sought information by the appellant- Please provide the specific provision available in the office of District Judge Lucknow which enables the Court Of : A.C.J.M. COURT NO.29, to entertain the civil matters and decide the matter concerning title dispute.

It is quite obvious that 2 months 13 days passed but the concerned public information officer in the office of public authority District Court Lucknow did not provide information to the appellant which is a mockery of the provisions of right to Information Act 2005 therefore action must be taken against concerned public information officer for the violation of the subsection 1 of Section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005 by him tantamount to indiscipline and such practices must be curbed at any cost.

Quantum of anarchy can be easily guessed from the fact that in this largest democracy in the world, judicial members who are expected to protect the law of the land, itself violate the provisions of the law which reflect complete anarchy in the government machinery including judiciary itself.

Think about the gravity of situation neither RTI applications are entertained by public information officer in the District Court Lucknow nor first appeals are entertained by first appellate authority in the District Court Lucknow which is quite obvious from the earlier submitted RTI application and then first appeal under subsection 1 of sections 19 of the right to Information Act 2005.

What kind of signals are being sent by the District Court Lucknow located in the state capital Lucknow as it failed to safeguard its heritage inherited from its ancestors from generations to generations? In this matter most respected High Court of judicature had categorically directed to seek civil remedy in order to decide the title dispute but the court of judicial magistrate decided the matter through criminal proceedings which adjudication is pending before the respected court and the family of the appellant had been thrown out of the house which reflects the jungle rule. My wife could not tolerate this mental torture departed to the heavenly abode. The appellant is living at the House of his daughter in district Mirzapur. Where is the justice in this largest democracy in the world and how can a common man expect justice from the system if there is no rule of law. In the name of independence of judiciary arbitrariness, and tyranny cannot be promoted in the government machinery of which judiciary is the integral part.
