Sub Divisional officer Mr Vipin Kumar submitted its report on 10th November 2023 regarding the complaint reference number 60000230207098 and this communication was addressed to executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar which is the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.
Executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar submitted the report on 4th October 2023 regarding the complaint reference number 60000230184093 and this communication was addressed to superintending engineer electricity distribution, division-Mirzapur which is the second page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.
In both the reports, the contents of the grievances were not touched by both the officers but they justified the illegal stand of their subordinate which is a mockery of the law of land and such practices must be stopped at any cost.
Respected executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar The applicant is talking about the same thing that if the electricity connection in the same premises was provided to one of the daughter in-law why is the other daughter in-law is being deprived of the electricity connection? Whether it is not corruption to provide the electricity connection by taking bribes from the electricity consumers and who are not in position to provide the bribe to the concerned staff of the Department of electricity such poor consumers are deprived of the electricity connection on the flimsy ground. It is quite obvious that sub divisional officer submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is mockery of the law and tantamount to indiscipline therefore action must be taken against him but who will take action because it is just like who will bell the cat. According to our Constitution of India everyone is alike before the law and everyone has equal protection of the law but where is equal protection if there is rampant corruption in the Department of electricity quite obvious from the current matter. It is quite obvious that the executive engineer did not adopt a logistic approach in submitting the report on the portal.

In the same premises you have provided the electricity connection to the Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad who is the sister-in-law of the aggrieved applicant Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad. Why is the following reason not applicable to Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad? Right to reason is the indispensable part of a sound administrative system so this reason must be provided to the applicant as required under the law. Under subsection 1 d of the section 4 of the right to information act 2005 it has been categorically stated that it shall be obligatory duty of each public authority to provide the reasons of its decision to the parties concerned. Do not conceal corruption.

If everyone in this country has equal protection under article 14 of the consumption of India why executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr. Rajesh Kumar violated the constitutional rights of the applicant through discriminatory approach?
Whether such mysterious and cryptic activities of your subordinates are not raising the question mark and their integrity. Most respected sir, you must provide the reason for the partial approach by your subordinates. Whether corruption has reached its peak in your department?
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sunita D/O Lallu Prajapati and W/O Mangala Prasad to make an inquiry regarding the domestic electricity connection whose application number is 1013373200. The matter concerns the injustice with a vulnerable lady belonging to the oppressed section. It is noticeable that electricity connection by the department has been provided to sister in-law whose name is Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad and the applicant is still deprived of the electricity connection. Right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system so it is the obligatory duty of concerned accountable staff of the Department of electricity to provide the reason for not providing the electricity connection to the applicant. Whether the partial treatment with the vulnerable lady is not the violation of human rights of the Lady?
Article 14 treats all people the same in the eyes of the law. This provision states that all citizens will be treated equally before the law. The law of the country protects everybody equally. Under the same circumstances, the law will treat people in the same manner. This article prohibits discrimination in any manner.
Whether the act of the personnel of the department is not a violation of Article 14 of the constitution of India in respect to the vulnerable lady. This is a humble request of the applicant to take a step to provide justice to the vulnerable lady which is the motive of the government of Uttar Pradesh under the regime of Yogi Adityanath.
