1-Provide the reason for not forwarding the email Representation of Mahima Singh to the public authority anti-cybercrime cell Mirzapur.
The reply of PIO- Investigation officer has already sent the report in the said application to the cyber cell.
2- Provide the action taken report on the above email sent by the aggravated Mahima Singh to the anti-cybercrime cell Lucknow.
The reply of PIO- This information concerns anti-cyber-crime cell lucknow.
3- Provide the name and designation of the staff of the anti-cyber crime cell Lucknow who are processing the email representation of the victim Mahima Singh.

4- Please provide the span of time taken by the anti-cybercrime cell of police to register a first information report in the case of cybercrime.
The reply of PIO- Information denied under subsection 1 J of the section 8 of the right to information act 2005.
5- State Bank of India in which the account of the victim is opened is not taking any action in the matter because the first information report is not registered by the anti-cyber-crime cell of the police.
Please provide the reason for not registering the first information report by the Mirzapur Police in the matter if first information report is mandatory in cyber-crime for action by concerned public authorities in the matter instead of sending an email to the fraudulent elements.

Submissions of the appellant are as follows.
1- The appellant is the authorised representative of the aggrieved applicant Mahima Singh quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document.
2- If a public information officer thinks that information is closely connected to the other public authority then he must forward that part of application under subsection 3 of the section 6 of the right to information act 2005 to the concerned public authority.
3- The appellant is seeking information as representative of aggrieved applicant Mahima Singh and the information is concerned with the working of the police i.e. not individual information so it is not exempted from disclosure under subsection 1 j of the section 8 of the right to information at 2005.
4- Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system whether police will not tell the reason to aggrieved applicant Mahima Singh for not registering the first information report in the matter of cheating of rupees 53000 from the account of Mahima Singh.
