Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant-Pritesh Kumar, Date of Receipt-26/06/2023, Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh

The applicant sought information from the chief medical officer district Mirzapur which was forwarded by the district magistrate Mirzapur to the chief medical officer Mirzapur and chief medical officer Mirzapur escaped from the matter In the name of Maa Vindhyawasini Medical College. Now when the matter was submitted before the principal of Maa Vindhyawasini Medical College then principal ran away from the matter the name of 3rd grade bogus incredible inquiry quite obvious from the attached documents.

If the matter concerns principal, Maa Vindhyawasini medical College, then it must be forwarded to principal Maa Vindhyawasini medical College as stated by chief medical officer, Mirzapur in report addressed to the applicant and first page of the attached PDF document to this grievance.

How can the grievance be considered disposed of if the chief medical officer itself accepts that the matter does not concern him but it concerns the principal Maa Vindhyawasini medical College?

Honourable Sir it is the duty of the applicant to raise the questions on the cryptic dealings of the public authority. Here it is quite obvious that the applicant is seeking only those documents which was to be provided by the concerned MCH wing hospital to the patient but they did not provide any document to the patient. Everyone knows that MCH wing hospital works on the principal of public private partnership theory and everyone knows that through this hospital corruption is being promoted under large scale. It is the matter of the debate diet this hospital is working as facilitation centre for the private hospitals working in the district. Whether in the name of inquiry carried out partially by the team submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report in favour of the wrongdoer staff can be basis to run away from the issue concerning with a deep rooted corruption and mismanagement in the working of the women hospital Mirzapur.

State Public Information Officer/ chief medical officer Mirzapur may provide the following information to the information seeker as follows.

1-According to available X-Ray report, delivery was to take place in month of June 2022 and your three doctors in the report found the patient in labour pain in the beginning of the month of April 2022. Please provide the test carried out by the three doctors as mentioned in the report or any other thing on which findings are based.

2-Please provide the copy of consent of the information seeker in which information seeker opposed process of surgery so that applicant may know when they managed to get sign of the applicant and how?

3-Please provide the discharge report made on 16 April 2022 when patient was first discharged, and time and name of staff carried out process as well.

4-Please provide the time when patient was readmitted and name of staff who processed it and time span between discharge and readmission.
