Prayer or Relief Sought
I pray before the Honourable Sir that appellant sought information under eight points which have not been provided by the CPIO Aryavart Bank which invites the attention of the First Appellate authority to correct it. It seems that because of corruption culminating into growing non-performing assets in the branch such a cryptic and mysterious path is being adopted by the concerned branch manager by colluding with CPIO. Entire requisite documents are attached to this appeal.
