आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-According to the government of Uttar Pradesh, stray animals moving on the roads are caught by the municipality Mirzapur city and there are six staff for this purpose, but they are sitting idols because of the mismanagement of the department. The stray pigs and stray dogs can not be caught by them because they have no proper mechanism for it. Stray cows can be caught by them, but they have conditions for it that they must be provided an expert veterinary doctor under whose supervision, they will perform the act of disposing of stray cows which means all the six staff are drawing salary without performing any duty. Which reflects the mismanagement and tyranny in the municipality, Mirzapur city. It is most unfortunate that the government of Uttar Pradesh is providing a huge budget to curb the stray animals moving on the roads creating traffic problems to the common people, but all is going in vain. Undoubtedly they are drawing huge salaries but not redeeming it to the government because of lack of loyalty to the government. Their loyalty to the government is overshadowed by the greed overdominant in their minds. Factual position is that dung on the roads in abundant amount itself proving their false rhetoric. Those bullock and cows were wandering earlier same are still wandering in the colony.
