    It is obligatory duty of the Government of Uttar Pradesh that if an employee provided his services to the government then he must be paid proper remuneration but because of corruption in the department of forest they are not providing the salary of the concerned aggrieved staff posted at the post of postman named Satyendra Singh.

    When the applicant made available the hindi version of the contents then I think that there would be no problem for the public information officer in the office of principal chief Conservator of the department of forest who is is not intelligent so much that he may understand the English language which is the root cause of the problem that is why he could not provide the information or it may be that this may be the path of cryptic dealings to conceal the information as there is rampant corruption in the department of forest. It is quite obvious that public information officer in the secretariat was procrastinating over 3 months.

    Right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the government offices or you can say that this act was brought to curb the corruption in government machinery which was growing like Jungle fire but when the Bhartiya Janata party government came into the power it adapted the path of corruption and commenced to dilute the provisions of right to information act 2005 which consequent is that not a single information is being provided by the government functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh as well as in the centre.

    Our motive is good governance but the stumbling block in this path is growing corruption in the government machinery in which from top to bottom there are mostly corrupt public functionaries who formulates the laws according to their convenience and there is complete Anarchy and lawlessness in our government machinery and when they think that if provided information will expose them then they withhold all the information from the information seeker.
