Grievance Description
Applicant mobile number is 7379105911 to contact and applicant is available 24 hours for public.
The matter concerns the dysfunctional website of R.T.I.online of the Government of Uttar Pradesh because of mismanagement of the concerned staffs.  Which email detail is as RTI-Online  onlinertihelpline.up@gov.inI made the complaint through email as provided by them on the website but it is unfortunate that they did not respond to my representation which shows that they are insensitive to the representations of the aggrieved people. If they did not send me a registration number within 48 hours, then they had to refund the R.T.I. fee deducted from my account. Whether third grade services provided by the government may be an indication of good governance but few flatterers are stumbling blocks in reaching true voice to pioneering bodies.
Whether R.T.I. website is again in dilapidated state because of lack of proper maintenance?प्रार्थी द्वारा जनसूचना आवेदन शुल्क निम्न ट्रांज़ैक्शन द्वारा किया गया

From this grievance redressal, it is quite obvious that Right to Information Act 2005 is in dilapidated state. Most surprising is that Government itself is not interested for effective implementation of the provisions of the Act. The impotency of the R.T.I. Act is because of rampant corruption, lawlessness, chaos and anarchy. Since the beginning of rule, ongoing incumbent is only diluting the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005. It is not dilution but conspiracy to kill the Act as its life energy section 20 has been made fruitless. Here this question arises that why government of Uttar Pradesh is not providing quality services to its citizenry? As a citizen of this country every individual has right to use the services provided by the government so he may claim if government services are not well and not reaching to him or her. Concerned may correct the website so that online application may be submitted smoothly on website and process must be completed in convenience manner

More detail is attached to grievance.
It is fact that there is complete lawlessness and anarchy in this largest democracy in the world but it is obligatory duty that our accountable public functionaries in the government must make an effort to preserve and protect the democratic institutions in this country and those who are targeting the innocent and gullible citizens of this country through their corrupt practices must be subjected to penal proceeding under the law as we are no more safe in this democracy. Undoubtedly the government has failed to protect our properties, as banking institutions loot us through their mysterious and cryptic services which are being provided by them and most surprising is that government functionaries have been so corrupt that they are promoting this loot of the banking institutions. This is humble request of your applicant that an enquiry may be ordered into the matter so that wrongdoers may be subjected to the penal proceedings of the law of land and aggrieved applicant Ashutosh Kumar Yadav may get justice and his money may be refunded into his account. It is a fact that ATM centres of the banks in this largest democracy in the world are no more safe for the customers of the bank but they have been the hub of looting the customers.

Cheating of banking institutions in India. Sir according to the aggrieved Ashutosh Kumar Yadav concerned are thieves but in my opinion they are super thieves and they are seeking 590 rupees per transaction which are failed because of mismanagement of bank itself as fee for the arbitration which is completely illegal and unconstitutional as it was obligatory duty of the concerned banking institution to protect and shield the money which is deposited in the bank but they remained failed when they had failed in pursuing their own duties how can they charge the money from the aggrieved customer of the Bank who was facing monetary loss because of their negligence of duty? Here it must be decided whose fault caused the failure in the transactions? Here it is quite obvious that third grade services provided by the bank concerned must be examined and concerned Banking institutions must be subjected to the proper action by the government functionaries in accordance with the law of land. It is a fact that ATM centres of the banks in this largest democracy in the world are no more safe for the customers of the bank but they have been the hub of looting the customers.

Grievance Details Grievance Number 1812895 Grievance Reg Date 26 Dec 2019 Complainant Name Preeti Singh.
The aforementioned grievance is submitted on the portal of the ministry of consumer affairs and they disposed of the matter arbitrarily by making the mockery of the consumer rights of the applicant so they may be directed to pursue the provisions and spirit of the consumer protection Act.
Whether such things are legitimate which is going on in this country. Sir, It is sheer unjustified to overlook the grievances of the applicant on the flimsy ground ipso facto obvious. Here it is quite obvious that the seller who sold the product is not a manufacturing company. He made a spurious whiteboard marker ink and making stupid innocent and gullible citizenry including the applicant. Undoubtedly Amazon did not make the ink but sold the ink so Amazon colluded with the seller in pursuing unlawful business. Such cheaters pursuing business on the Amazon online shopping must be subjected to penal proceedings per the law.

Here matter is concerned with the spurious white board marker ink and when I will not confirm with it, how can I make complaint about it as before making a complaint against any body one must have substantial evidence against any body. Immediately it was not feasible to make complaint without using the product and a solid confirmation regarding the fake nature of the product. Here most important question is that whether a seller can be allowed to sell the fake product from the Amazon online shopping and can cheat innocent and gullible citizenry by selling fake item as genuine one. Initially it might be considered that seller was acting in caucus with the corrupt staffs of the Amazon online shopping and both were cheating innocent and gullible consumers but non action by the government on the repeated representations of the applicant is only showing that government functionaries are also colluded in such illegal practice which is illegal and unconstitutional. Too much embarrassing acts

Sir this white board marker ink was purchased from Amazon online shopping because of credibility of the Amazon online shopping but it was merely cheating because whatever sold in the name of white board marker is actually not an ink which is not compatible with any white board marker pen available in the market.
Whether Government functionaries may tell the aggrieved applicant, name of the manufacturing company of the aforementioned product or Amazon online shopping let apprise the name of the manufacturing company and its registered office address?
With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon'ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that up till now dozen of white board markers have been useless because of this local white board marker pen ink sold on Amazon online shopping. This ink is collected in the form residues in the spaces of capillaries and thus blocks the capillaries of the white board markers and consequently pen becomes dysfunctional.Following the email sent by the Amazon online shopping containing details of the purchase.
2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that whether it is not mockery of the law of land that no expert, no patent and no manufacturing unit but self made mixure of dies and return time of product remains only ten days, then how can anay one reach on a confirm right decesion in regard to the product.
3-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that who will compensate the detriment suffered by the applicant because of negligence of the Amazon online shopping as Amazon on line shopping has given a platform to sell such spurious product? Whether government can avoid accountability as remained to curb the sell of fake ink?
This is a humble request of the applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
