The matter concerns the improper network coverage of service providing company Jio infocom.
Affected mobile numbers are-

There is variation in the network coverage of the Jio network in the nearby area which is a matter of concern for the applicant and his family members.
Undoubtedly jio is providing the best services in the area but sometimes its networks are so poor that it is not possible to navigate and internet surfing.
Because of this poor network service which occasionally occurs to the applicant may cause failure of the financial transaction which is the cause of concern of the applicant because when the service is poor or it will be poor it is not known to the applicant.
I have attached some screenshots of the network speed test taken by the applicant that is attached to this grievance which must be perused by the concerned staff of the jio service providing company and proper solution must be obtained of it.
There must not be fluctuations in the speed of the network but there must be a stable network which must be accessible to the users and I think that that is the most suitable network provided by the service provider.
During the fluctuations in the network sometimes the speed becomes very much high but on the other instant of time it becomes poor which causes difficulty in the navigation of the pages and internet access by the user.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the concerned staff of the jio service providing company to fix the problem of the network with utmost care and attention so that applicants may use the services being provided by the service providing company Jio.

This is in reference to customers DOT complaint - DOTEL/E/2024/0015571. Customer is facing weak coverage issue at his location for Jio numbers 9696389653, 7379105911,9005609242. Acknowledging the complaint, This is with reference to your complaint regarding Network connectivity. We would like to inform you that our network team had investigated the impacted location and found that there was temporary outage at serving cell site. Our team is working on it and resolution for the issue may take up to 10 days. The same has been informed to Mr. Mahesh via email myogimpsingh@outlook.com on 1/6/24.

It is most unfortunate that there is no network since evening and still there is no network of the jio service provider. Undoubtedly it is temporary outage for you but for the applicant it is cumbersome and making us to cry because of your poor network. You will increase the 25% tariff and your services are too much poor my one of the mobile tariff will exhaust in the month of September then I will port it to the Bhartiya Sanchar Nigam Limited. A man decides own destiny.
