The matter concerns the process of revaluation of answer sheets by the Central board of secondary education an organisation of the Government of India which used to conduct the 10th and 12th standard examination in English medium.
My daughter BHOOMIKA SINGH applied for reverification of the answer sheet of the paper of biology. During the payment of rupees 500 which was to be collected by a private bank employed by the board for this purpose, it did the verification of the upi payment of the applicant thereafter matter was sent in the concerned upi number and payment was made by the applicant on the correct link quite obvious from the following payment details.

It is most unfortunate in the mean time payment platform of the collection Bank of the Central board of secondary education displayed the message on the screen of the mobile set that in this Android set there is no payment option and IT returned to previous page and displayed the other option to make the payment. While the payment was already made by the aggrieved applicant.

If there will be no transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities then such mismanagement can be expected in their working. Think about the gravity of situation payment has been made by the applicant but this payment is not showing in the record of the public authority which means something is wrong in the payment system which has been authorised to take the payment. Everyone knows that there is rampant corruption in the working of The financial institutions and their regulatory body reserve Bank of India which is the root cause there are large number of elements causing cheating activities and government is failed to curb such activities in the financial sector. This is not a first incident of such type and such activities are taking place in most of the exams being conducted by the government department and employ such platforms to collect the fee from the aspirants appearing in the competitive exams and complaints are made but no improvement in the working
