Grievance Description

The matter concerns the working of the vice chairman of the municipal corporation ​Varanasi so the representation must be forwarded to him

An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry regarding the payment of stipend by the government to the enrolled learners in the handicraft training.

With this representation of the applicant, a h​and written representation of the Pooja D/O Jagesh, Kajal Kumari D/O Ramvilas, Punam D/O Ashok Chandra, Mala Devi W/O Mahendra Prasad, Sarita Devi W/O Brijesh Prasad is attached in two pages.

Chief manager Sushil Mishra and assistant Nishu Sonkar asking for rupees 3500 in order to provide rupees 7500 into the accounts of the aggrieved applicants.


The matter concerns the working of the Nagar Nigam Varanasi, location is Nagar Nigam Sigra, City Varanasi pin code 221010 which executive email is nagarnigamvns@gmail.com.


The hand written representation of the five aggrieved applicants as aforementioned is addressed to the chairman municipal corporation Varanasi in the zonal office Bhelupur.

These 5 aggrieved applicants mentioned their name address and mobile numbers in their representation.

Short submissions of the representation submitted by these poor applicants are as follows.

1-The bank passbook of the applicants is under the possession of the assistant Nishu Sonkar illegally which must be available to them so please arrange through proper mechanism so that they may get the possession of their bank passbook.


2-Please order an enquiry regarding the demand of​ Rs.3500 by the assistant Nishu Sonkar in order to provide the stipend ​Rs.7500 to the applicants.


3- This handicraft training camp was organised in the year 2018 on behalf of Nagar Nigam Bhelupur zone and in this camp 30 people participated.


4- During the resumption of this camp assistant Nishu Sonkar had assured all candidates will be provided ​Rs.7500 as stipend and for this purpose bank accounts were opened in the name of candidates. These Bank passbooks were kept under the possession of assistant Nishu Sonkar.


5- ​Assistant ​Nishu ​Sonkar called on all 30 candidates on their mobile numbers to attend the office and ​when candidates came to the office she ​demanded ​Rs.3500 in order to provide ​the passbook​s so that applicants may get their stipend ​Rs.7500.


Please take appropriate action in the matter so that this vulnerable section of the society may get justice and it is an obligatory duty of the concerned accountable st​aff ​of the government. ​If the government is providing ​Rs.7500 as stipend to the training candidates then it must be provided to them in a transparent and accountable m​anner instead of cryptic dealings like illegal demand of ​Rs.3500.
