Public information officer, Lucknow development authority may provide the following information in reference to the aforementioned order passed by Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh point wise as sought. 

1-PIO may provide date and time when public authority L.D.A. received the aforementioned order dated 14/12/2021 passed by the Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh. 

2--PIO may provide the notings made by the competent authorities in order to comply with the passed order  dated 14/12/2021 passed by the Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh. 

3-PIO may provide the report if any submitted by the Lucknow Development Authority before the Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh in compliance of the aforementioned direction dated 14/12/2021 and time and date if not why. 

4-The order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad directing the petitioner Anuradha Singh to seek the order of the competent court regarding the title suit. 

Public Information Officer in Lucknow Development Authority may provide the copy of the competent court which decided the title suit in favour off Anuradha Singh on basis of which registry of the impugned land was done by the Lucknow Development Authority in favour of Anuradha Singh/Aradhana Singh/Guddi and others.

* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status, it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted RTI application on 24th October 2023 which was forwarded put the concerned public information officer on 25th October 2023 which means more than 3 months passed but the concerned public information officer did not provide any information sought by the appellant from the public information officer of Lucknow development authority concerning irregularities and corruption in the working of the public authority. Registration Number LKDPA/R/2023/60437, Name Dinesh Pratap Singh, Date of Filing 24/10/2023 Status REQUEST FORWARDED TO PIO as on 25/10/2023, Details of PIO :- Telephone Number: - 9918001893, Email Id: - Note:- You are advised to contact the above-mentioned officer for further details. Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh who is the claimant of the plot of the land quite obvious from the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. In the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh through her mother Beena Singh wife of Brijraj Singh also Beena Singh wife of Netrpal Singh. Whether in the same matter, to get remedy from various redressal bodies and get public aid by changing the name is not illegal? In the aforementioned writ, Anuradha Singh was directed by the High court of judicature to seek civil remedy from competent authority by filing a title suit.

1-L.D.A. may provide the details of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail. 
2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court deciding the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. which is attached to this application in PDF form. 

3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staff who executed the registry of plots as told by L.D.A. registry has been executed to allottees, with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed. 
4- High Court and Supreme Court are the court of records which means orders passed by such courts are binding on the government departments, parties of the litigation and subordinate courts. 
Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound judicial system and it is not only applicable in judiciary, but it is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system. 
Please provide the reason for overlooking order and name and resignation of the staff of the Lucknow Development Authority who overlooked the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court.
