Grievance Description
This is a humble request to the public staff of the government of Uttar Pradesh to take a glance of two communications sent by the public authority Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, urban area whose office location is Office of Executive Engineer Construction Division, 14 M.L.D.S.T.P. Campus, Ramaipatti, Pucca Pokhara, district-Mirzapur.
Cost of drainage construction in Mirzapur is 22560.92 Lakhs but dust is only flying in air and causing pollution, EMS Infracon Pvt.
The matter concerns the sheer mismanagement and irregularities in the working of the following public authorities, but my main focus is on the problems being faced by the people. residing in the Mirzapur City.
It is quite obvious that they have dug the entire roads of district-Mirzapur, but still they did not repair it which is causing many difficulties to the people in the nearby area.
According to their own communications work of sewer construction will be completed by 29th December 2023 and construction work of sewer commenced on 30th December2021. These communications were sent by them on 5th October 2023 and 09th November 2023. These communications must be perused by them attached to the grievance.
Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system so it is their obligatory duty that they must disclose why the sewer construction could not complete within the time frame decided by them. Whether the accountable monitoring bodies of the government have time to visit the construction site because such works are causing too much problems to the local people Because of mismanagement.

It is quite obvious that the applicant requested to forward the matter to the following public authority, but it is most unfortunate that office of the chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh forwarded the matter to the executive engineer Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam rural at the place of urban this is a mockery of the law of land. It seems that concerned officer of the Chief Minister Office did not take the perusal of the first para of the grievance which categorically stated as follows. This is a humble request to the public staff of the government of Uttar Pradesh to take a glance of two communications sent by the public authority Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, urban area whose office location is Office of Executive Engineer Construction Division, 14 M.L.D.S.T.P. Campus, Ramaipatti, Pucca Pokhara, district-Mirzapur. If the concerned public authority did not entertain grievance how grievance can be considered disposed of as claimed by office of chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh?
