Executive officer municipality Mirzapur city again submitted the same report which is date-less and exactly the same as the earlier report. It seems that they have set up their minds to provide the same report in every grievance, whatever may be the content of the grievance. Undoubtedly it reflects the deep-rooted anarchy oriented from top to bottom in the administrative hierarchy. Both the reports attached to the grievance in the pdf form as well as the current condition of the lane. Grievance Description-The matter concerns the mismanagement in the municipality Mirzapur city and working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City who submits the arbitrary and inconsistent reports on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City which is quite obvious from the attached pictures to the grievance which is showing that how the cleanly dried mission of our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Das Modi has failed because of anarchy in municipality Mirzapur city.

प्रभारी मुख्य सफाई निरीक्षक नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर अपने रिपोर्ट में जो की अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर को संबोधित है। उनकी रिपोर्ट कुछ इस प्रकार है। वार्ड नंबर 6 गैंग हर के प्रभारी सफाई नायक सुरेश हैं जिनका मोबाइल नंबर 6394120285 है। उनका कहना है कि वार्ड में नियमित रूप से साफ सफाई कूड़े का निस्तारण कीटनाशक दवा का छिड़काव किया जाता है। नगर पालिका के निर्माण विभाग जलकल विभाग स्वास्थ्य विभाग आदि अपने कार्यों को पूरी तन्मयता से कर रहे हैं ‌ सफाई कर्मी निरंतर क्षेत्र में नागरिक सुविधाओं के लिए अपना योगदान दे रहे हैं। वार्ड में नियमित रूप से साफ सफाई कार्य कराया जा रहा है। अतः उक्त शिकायत को निस्तारित करने की कृपा करें।The following report submitted by the staff of the municipality Mirzapur city. Which is without date. The reason not to write date is that they want to submit this report in every application submitted by the applicant which is a mockery of the law. Think about the gravity of situation such is the condition of the Jansunwai Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is the pride of our chief minister Yogi Adityanath.

Whether it is good governance as claimed by our political masters like Narendra Damodar Das Modi and our chief minister Yogi Adityanath.

In-charge Chief Sanitation Inspector Municipal Council Mirzapur in his report which is addressed to the Executive Officer Municipal Council Mirzapur. His report is as follows. In-charge of Ward No. 6 Danghar is Safai Nayak Suresh whose mobile number is 6394120285. He says that the ward is regularly cleaned, garbage is disposed of and pesticides are sprayed. The construction department of the municipality, water supply department, health department etc. are doing their work with full dedication. The sanitation workers are continuously contributing to the civic facilities in the area. Regular cleaning work is being done in the ward. Therefore, please resolve the said complaint.

It is quite obvious that they are not taking the perusal of the contents of the grievance and submitting arbitrary and inconsistent report in the complaint on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is a mockery of the law of land therefore action must be taken against them in accordance with the law.

Whether it is not reflecting anarchy in the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City quite obvious from the arbitrary and inconsistent report being submitted by executive officer. Think about the poor condition of the monitoring body working on the public grievance portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh who are not paying attention in accepting the reports from the public authorities which is quite obvious from the parrot reports which remains inconsistent to the contents of the grievances. Our political masters claim to provide good governance to citizens in the state but the factual position is that they do not know the meaning after good governance. In good governance cogent approach is adopted to address the grievances of the public in the state but here arbitrary and inconsistent reports are being submitted by the public staff of the government which is accepted by monitoring head arbitrarily. There is need of hour to reform the government machinery.
