Two months and 5 days passed but the public information officer in the office of Mining and Minerals Department did not provide information to the information seeker which is an infringement of provision subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. It is a natural truth that if someone commits blunders, he lives in fear psychosis and the same thing happens with the public information officer. Undoubtedly it reflects anarchy because there is no rule of law in the public offices as the public information officers of the public authorities are running away from providing information to the information seekers because of fear of being exposed in the public domain. Here rule of law has been replaced by the rule of anarchy resulting in rampant corruption in the working of the public authority. In this era of globalization, there is competition of corruption and honesty far away from the government system. The percentage of honest officers in the government is too less which can be considered neglected. The Overwhelming majority in this largest democracy in the world think that only corruption can succeed in this democracy but in my opinion they are misled as corruption originates from evils and evils always accompany miseries. Whether the temple of the law makes the law to break as done by most of the public staff in this government machinery? Laws are made to make our society civilized and disciplined and we may spend our lives in an idealistic way but because of selfish motives we break it and ruin our society. Violations of laws on the large scale is only because of lack of penal action due to rampant corruption in the public departments. Mines Officer District Mirzapur may Provide the following information to the applicant. 1-Mining officer Mirzapur should provide his first posting details in which district and on which date his first posting took place. 2-Mining officer Mirzapur may tell the applicant that on which date he joined in Mirzapur District, what was his post at that time 3-All the Class I category employees in the Mines Officer Department, their district joining date posting details should be made available to the applicant. 4-Provide the posting details of all the Class 2 category employees in the Mines Officer Department, the date of joining in the district, to the applicant. 5- Provide the joining date posting details of all the third class employees in the Mines Officer Department in the district to the applicant. 6-Provide joining date and work details of all class IV employees of Mines Officer Department in the district.
