Why private company is running away from the representative of the aggrieved individual whose vehicle is under the possession of the HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD illegally?
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of मंगला प्रसाद प्रजापति पुत्र रामऔतार निवासी तहसील की गली वाली रोड, महुअरिया मीरजापुर 231001, Mobile number-9580275895 to know the current status of the vehicle under the possession of the financial company and subsequent action in the matter. Following application has been sent by the applicant to the branch manager HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, Ratanganj, Ground Floor, House No.87, Ward No.10, Triveni Campus, Ratanganj, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - 231001 quite obvious from the attached communication.
The applicant made this representation on behalf of the borrower so the applicant is not a third party in the matter. Here the substantial question is concerned with the tyranny and arbitrariness of the loan providing institution. Whether the repayment of loan will be feasible if the vehicle will be in the possession of the financial company.
Here one thing is quite obvious that you are running away from disclosing the truth on the platform of the government which means there is no transparency and accountability in the dealings of the company.
The loss occurred to the aggrieved applicant because of the arbitrary decision of the financial institution, how will it be compensated by the company?

I have not gone into the merit of the case and I had made only an enquiry in regard to the communication sent by the borrower to the concerned HDB financial services limited to its branch office which was not responded by the concerned branch officers. It is quite obvious that the applicant submitted the application on behalf of the borrower and entire information which was requisite to submit by the applicant was provided by the applicant to the concerned hdb financial services limited.

Despite this the concerned financial services limited did not provide any information regarding the queries made by the borrower itself in the matter as well as the financial services limited did not respond to the points in regard to the enquiry is made by the borrower in the online complaint submitted by the applicant on behalf of the barobar which was completely illegal and unjustified. Here one thing is clear that the working style of the concerned financial services limited is full of tyranny and arbitrariness. Same thing happened during the entire dealings between the lender and the borrower. If there was transparency and accountability in the dealings of the hdb financial services limited then why the borrower had to submit the queries which was submitted in the form of seeking information with the branch office of the HDB financial services limited? Office of the reserve Bank of India only accept the submissions of the hdb financial services limited instead of looking into the problems faced by the borrower this is showing partiality in the dealings of the reserve Bank of India which is the regulatory body of the financial institutions in the country. Whatever revealed in the report of the banking ombudsman same must be revealed in the reply of the concerned HDB financial services limited as required under the law. Here it is quite obvious that enquiry was made regarding the vehicle not regarding to the information concerning with the loan account. Because of its scriptic dealings HDB financial services limited only escaped from the matter in the name of third party which was a false ground in the matter. Now the applicant has been apprised of the fact that HDB financial services limited has sold the vehicle in order to compensate its loss so there is no need of more information.
