Circular letter number-2828 dated -25 September 2021 office memo of U.P.P.C.L. deprived farmers of compensation whose crops burnt in covid epidemic. How can Yogi government do such injustice with the farmers because such action is maintainable because of the rampant corruption in the working of the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited? How could Executive Engineer Electricity distribution division second do retrospection of the aforementioned office memo? This office memo was applied to curb the compensation of farmers whose crops where burnt due to short circuit during the Covid period. Sir, if there was honesty in the Mirzapur office of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited today, then such an arbitrary answer which has nothing to do with the points of complaint would never have been imposed by the Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division II. श्रीमान जी यदि आज उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड के मिर्जापुर कार्यालय में ईमानदारी रही होती तो ऐसा मनमाना जवाब जिसका के शिकायत के बिंदुओं से दूर-दूर तक लेना देना नहीं है कभी भी अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय द्वारा ना लगाया जाता । Sir, a large number of people died at the time of covid, but the citizens were satisfied considering it as an epidemic, but in which the negligence of the government is directly visible, how can the public accept it? The law and order of the country is being mocked, but the law the system is also respected only by those who have some respect for law and order. श्रीमान जी कोविड के समय बहुत बड़ी संख्या में लोग मरे किंतु नागरिक उसे महामारी मानकर संतोष कर लिए किंतु जिसमें सरकार की लापरवाही सीधे दिखाई पड़ रही है उसको जनता कैसे स्वीकार करें। कितना गंभीर प्रकरण है जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय द्वारा मनमाना रिपोर्ट लगाकर शिकायतों को बंद कर दिया जा रहा है फिर भी सरकार ऐसे चुप है जैसे कुछ हो ही नहीं रहा है देश के कानून व्यवस्था का मखौल उड़ाया जा रहा है किंतु कानून व्यवस्था का सम्मान भी वही करते हैं जिनकी नजर में कानून व्यवस्था का कुछ सम्मान होता है। Government should assess corruption from the fact that why the Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division II Mirzapur is completely unsuccessful in finding a logical solution to any complaint? श्रीमान जी विवादित ऑफिस मेमो इसीलिए जारी किया गया जिससे कि कोविड महामारी में शॉर्ट सर्किट के कारण किसानों के फसल जलने के जितने भी प्रकरण किसानों से संबंधित हैं उसमें उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड कोई भी क्षतिपूर्ति ना दे। श्रीमान जी क्या योगी सरकार के सुशासन की यही परिभाषा है लोगों के शिकायत की कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है जनसुनवाई पोर्टल वह प्लेटफार्म बन चुका है जोकि महत्वहीन है सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार के कारण। श्रीमान जी सरकार में कौन सी पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही है?
Please adopt a logistic approach in the matter so that a proper solution may come out and all the guilties is must be punished and for this purpose a team of enquiry must be set up in the matter who may do the proper enquiry how the office memo was misused by the chief engineer Executive Engineer and superintendent engineer of the Electricity Distribution division second?
