* Prayer or Relief Sought I have not received any information yet from your subordinates. Therefore I preferred this appeal as they are making undue delay in the process which is showing their insolence to the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. Undoubtedly the situation is grave and invites the attention of senior rank officers in the matter as concerns the huge public fund not being utilized rationally.
