Concerned PIO- Sunil kumar tiwari. Sec 7, Designation-under secretary Whether the aforementioned public information officer does not know the subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 which deals with the processing of the RTI Application and stipulates time to provide information to the information seeker. It is too surprising that in 4 months, the public information officer did not deem it fit to communicate with the information seeker because of delay in providing information to the information seeker ipso facto. Whether it reflects good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh where provisions of transparency act are taken under teeth which was brought up by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities. The designation of the PIO is under secretary who is a provincial civil servant but breaking the law of land by taking under teeth the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 implies the PIO has no faith in the supremacy of the law. Blaise Pascal quotes as-Justice without force is powerless; force without justice is tyrannical which means Justice without force is impotent and force without justice is tyranny.

Address UP Pharmacy Council Lekhraj Market-2, II floor, Indira Nagar, Lucknow Landmark-Infront of Lekhraj Metro Station, PIN Code 226016. Details of the information seeker are as follows. Name-Manish Kesharwani, Name of the Father-Jawahar Lal Kesharwani, Application number for the registration of the pharmacists-UPPCR0004441Address- Ranibag, Tathai Road, Mirzapur city, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN Code-231001, Mobile number-9369242769 Information seeker paid Rs.1550.00 as fee for the registration. on 31 January 2022 quite obvious from the attached payment slip as first page in the attached PDF document to this online R.T.I. application.
