Grievance Description
An application submitted under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Puspraj Singh and name of the father is Kaushal Singh detail is attached with the representation. The matter is concerned with Shahdol police, Madhya Pradesh where is a steep hike in the criminal incidences creating insecurity in the mind of residents. Undoubtedly Law order is state subject and right to property is fundamental right so the concerned public functionaries of the state must protect the properties of the citizenry from burglars.

पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय एवं पुलिस मुख्यालय से प्राप्त। प्रतिवेदन का कृपया अवलोकन करने का कष्ट करें। प्रतिवेदित किया गया है कि शिकायतकर्ता योगी एम.पी. सिंह निवासी जिला मिर्जापुर (उ0प्र0) द्वारा की गई शिकायत की जाँच थाना प्रभारी, कोतवाली से कराई जाकर प्रतिवेदन प्राप्त किया गया । शिकायत जाँच दौरान आवेदक के मो.नं. 7379105911 पर संपर्क किया गया, जो आवेदक द्वारा जिला मर्जापुर (उ0प्र0) मे होने से कथन देने हेतु उपस्थित नही हो सकना एवं अपनी शिकायत मे कोई कार्यवाही नही चाहना बताया गया । इस क्रम में प्रकरण में और कोई कार्यवाही अपेक्षित नही है।
