Why is winding up order not passed against Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. by Central Registrar as Saharayn proved defaulter? Provide the name and designation of the staff who processed the formalities of the registration of the aforementioned Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd.? What is the relation between Saharayn and Sahara earlier action taken by the court? How can a company have been proved defaulter be allowed to carry out business by changing the name and concealing the information as no information available of the defaulter company on the internet.

Undoubtedly such behaviour of the government staff represents the working style of the Government of Modi Sir. If the wrongdoer company which is proved defaulter have not blessings of the Government then why government has blessings to the company. ईमानदारी बहुत ही अभिन्न हिस्सा है एक इमानदार व्यक्ति के कार्यशैली का किंतु इस समय भारत सरकार के कार्यालयों में 95% से ज्यादा कर्मचारी और अधिकारी भ्रष्ट हैं जिसकी वजह से लोगों की समस्याओं का निराकरण सरकारी विभागों द्वारा नहीं किया जा रहा है इसलिए सरकार को विभागों की कार्यशैली पर सतर्क दृष्टि रखनी चाहिए जिससे कि भ्रष्टाचार पर अंकुश लग सके अन्यथा सामान्य जन के हाथ में निरंकुशता और अराजकता के शासन के अलावा कुछ भी हाथ नहीं लगेगा और जिसके लिए हमारे राजनेता नौकरशाह और न्याय अधिकारी जिम्मेदार होंगे सोचिए बहुत बड़े स्तर पर सामान्य और निरीह जनता को लूटा गया है इस सहारा कंपनी के माध्यम से किंतु शिकायतों पर कोई भी सारगर्भित कार्यवाही नहीं की जा रही है जो अपने आप में बहुत बड़ा काला धब्बा है इस धब्बे को धोना चाहिए किंतु बिल्ली के गले में घंटी कौन बांधे

श्रीमान जी सत्य ही इस प्रकृति का आधार है और सत्य का आचरण करने से ही व्यक्ति महान बनता है। श्रीमान जी गवर्नमेंट की ओर से कई बार आश्वासन मिल चुका है की संबंधित विभाग संबंधित सोसाइटी को ओमप्रकाश मौर्य का ड्यूज को पेमेंट करने के लिए लिखेगा। आप द्वारा हर शिकायत में यही लिखा जाता है एक लाइन और उसी आधार पर शिकायत को निस्तारित मान लिया जाता है। कटु सत्य है कि 2 वर्ष बीतने को है किंतु अभी तक ओमप्रकाश मौर्य को उनका परिपक्व धनराशि सहारा मल्टीप्लेक्स सोसायटी द्वारा भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। श्रीमान जी क्या मोदी सर के शासन में विभागों की विश्वसनीयता यही है। श्रीमान जी रात में लोगों का समूह बनाकर किसी के घर को लूटना डाकू का धर्म होता है किंतु दिन में ही पूरे राष्ट्र को लूटना किस धर्म की व्याख्या है । सहारा मल्टीप्लेक्स कंपनी जो पूरे राष्ट्र को लूट रही है उसके विरुद्ध सरकार कार्यवाही करने में क्यों असफल रही है। Sir, truth is the basis of this nature and a person becomes great only by practicing truth. Many times, assurance has been received from the Government that the concerned department will write to the concerned society to make payment of dues to Om Prakash Maurya. This one line is written by you in every complaint and on the same basis the complaint is considered resolved. The bitter truth is that 2 years are about to pass but till now Omprakash Maurya has not been paid his matured amount by Saharayn Multiplex Society. Sir, is this the credibility of the departments under Modi sir rule? Sir, robbing someone house by forming a group of people in the night is the religion of a dacoit, but looting the whole nation in the day light is the explanation of which religion?.
