Lucknow may provide access to information to the information seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information 2005. 1-PIO may provide information when sub inspector Abhay Kumar Vajpeyi Police station Krishna Nagar Lucknow as investigation officer contacted the information seeker. 2-Without paimise of the impugned land, sub inspector Abhay Kumar Vajpeyi Police station Krishna Nagar Lucknow reached on conclusion that offenders did not grab the land. Please provide the technique provided to aforementioned sub inspector Abhay Kumar Vajpeyi by police which is instrumental in investigation of cases without visiting the site and sitting at the police station.3-Please provide a circular or office memorandum which allows investigation officers in police to submit an arbitrary report on Jansunwai portal without examining the claim and checking clues available to aggrieved applicants. 4-Please provide a circular or office memorandum which allows L.I.U. sub inspector Kamala Dayal to address the media without permission of competent staff. If permission is taken,then provide the name and designation of staff granted permission. Sir, it is most unfortunate that Concerned PIO SHRAVAN KUMAR SINGH Designation ADDITIONAL DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF POLICE Phone No 9454401089 did not provide any of the aforementioned sought information. They have provided a report which may justify their stand of grabbing the private road of the information seeker instead of providing the information sought under four points. Undoubtedly the aforementioned four point information will expose the concerned police personnel but it was withheld by the aforementioned state public information officer arbitrarily which is a mockery of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. Here it is quite explicit that the aforementioned SPIO violated the provision subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Please take appropriate action in the matter so that concerned SPIO may provide information and disciplinary action may be taken against him.
