Undoubtedly report is consistent but why chief minister office is sending grievance time and again at district level when matter concerns to them

The matter concerns Jansunwai portal which is not sending OTP on the mobile number 7379105911 of the aggrieved applicant. मामला जनसुनवाई पोर्टल का है जो पीड़ित आवेदक के मोबाइल नंबर 7379105911 पर ओटीपी नहीं भेज रहा है

Instead of entertaining the grievance itself, the chief minister office sent the matter to the district administration Mirzapur and the District Development Officer submitted its report as follows. For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.

The District development officer himself accepted that redress of grievance is not feasible at district level because concerned with the government.

मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने स्वयं शिकायत पर विचार करने के बजाय मामला जिला प्रशासन मिर्जापुर को भेजा और जिला विकास अधिकारी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट इस प्रकार प्रस्तुत की. जिला विकास अधिकारी ने स्वयं स्वीकार किया कि सरकार से संबंधित होने के कारण जिला स्तर पर शिकायत का निवारण संभव नहीं है।

The applicant is an anti corruption crusader and human rights defender and always raises the matter concerning the public interest and to remove the corrupt activities from the society so most of the corrupt public functionaries hatch conspiracy to suppress the voice of a whistleblower. They do not like that applicant may be the voice of the vulnerable section in the government machinery.आवेदक एक भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आन्दोलनकर्ता और मानवाधिकार रक्षक है और हमेशा जनहित से संबंधित मामले को उठाता है और समाज से भ्रष्ट गतिविधियों को दूर करता हूं, इसलिए अधिकांश भ्रष्ट सार्वजनिक पदाधिकारी एक व्हिसल ब्लोअर की आवाज को दबाने की साजिश रचते हैं। उन्हें यह पसंद नहीं है कि आवेदक सरकारी तंत्र में कमजोर वर्ग की आवाज हो

It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that public services must not be sabotaged by the corrupt public functionaries in the government machinery to block services to reach the needy. Whether the government of Uttar Pradesh is really interested in curbing corruption from the government machinery as its working style is contrary to it.

माननीय महोदय के समक्ष यह निवेदन किया जाता है कि सरकारी तंत्र में भ्रष्ट सार्वजनिक पदाधिकारियों द्वारा जरूरतमंदों तक पहुंचने के लिए सेवाओं को अवरुद्ध करने के लिए सार्वजनिक सेवाओं में तोड़फोड़ नहीं की जानी चाहिए। क्या उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकार वास्तव में सरकारी मशीनरी से भ्रष्टाचार को रोकने में दिलचस्पी रखती है क्योंकि इसकी कार्यशैली इसके विपरीत है

Whether it is not reflecting the complete anarchy and lawlessness in the working of the chief minister office in the Government of Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the report of the District development officer that the matter concerns the government not at the district level. They again sent the grievance of the district level by overlooking report of the District development officer Mirzapur and again send the grievance at the district level and the same report has been attached by the District development officer quite obvious from the attached report. Instead of entertaining the grievance itself, the chief minister office sent the matter to the district administration Mirzapur and the District Development Officer submitted its report as follows. For more details, vide attached document to the grievance. The District development officer himself accepted that redress of grievance is not feasible at district level because concerned with the government.
