Sir, we are facing mud and drainage water flowing on the roads of the Surekapuram colony and repeated complaints are being made to the concerned accountable officers of the municipality Mirzapur city but they are not taking care of it.

श्री मान जी नाली की सफाई होना चाहिए और जहा पर नाली फसी है उसकी सफाई ढक्कन हटा कर करे एक तरफ बेरोजगारी और जिनको नौकरी मिल गई है वे कुछ करना ही नहीं चाहते है यही परेशानी की मुख्य वजह है यहा सरकारी मुलाजिम यह कहने गर्ब महसूस करता है की वह घर बैठ कर तनख्वाह लेता है सोचिये अकर्मण्यता को भी स्टेटस सिम्बल समझता है Drainage water is overflowing on roads in Surekapuram Colony reflects carelessness of municipality Mirzapur city and truth of cleanly drive as they did not clean the choked drainage ipso facto. Think about the gravity of situation that drainage is jammed and the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City are overlooking it while the repeated complaints are being submitted by the aggrieved persons/dwellers and repeated phone calls are being made by the dwellers of the Surekapuram colony to the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City but it is unfortunate they are overlooking the grievances of the dwellers after Surekapuram colony which is most regretting to the dwellers of the Surekapuram. आप तो जनता के प्रति जवाबदेह है और मै जवाब लेना जानता हूँ कृपया हम अपने दायित्वो का ध्यान रखे और आप हमारे नागरिक अधिकारों को समझे और घर के सामने रोड पर नाली का गंदा पानी न बहाये साजिश करके जिसे बखूबी समझ रहे है Think about the gravity of the situation: if in this season, drainage water is overflowing on the roads, then think about the rainy season. Undoubtedly this laxity of the personnel of municipality Mirzapur city made the lives of the dwellers of Surekapuram colony hell. अगर नालों का पानी सड़कों पर ओवरफ्लो हो रहा है, तो लोग इसकी अनदेखी क्यों कर रहे हैं? क्या जल निकासी के उचित निकास को सुनिश्चित करना नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर के कर्मियों की जिम्मेदारी नहीं है? स्थिति की गंभीरता के बारे में सोचें कि अगर इस मौसम में सड़कों पर जल निकासी का पानी बह रहा है, तो बारिश के मौसम के बारे में सोचें।निस्संदेह नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर के कर्मियों की इस ढिलाई ने सुरेकापुरम कॉलोनी के निवासियों का जीवन नरक बना दिया. If municipality pumps out water then how drainage water is spreading over roads and logging on the roads causing hike in mosquitoes. अगर नगर पालिका पानी निकालती है तो कैसे नालों का पानी सड़कों पर फैल रहा है और सड़कों पर जमा हो रहा है जिससे मच्छरों का प्रकोप बढ़ रहा है. Over many months complaints are being made against the water logging in the park and overflowing of the drainage but no appropriate action is being taken by the concerned public staff especially municipality Mirzapur City which reflects complete anarchy, lawlessness in the government machinery and this lawlessness has the blessings of the senior executives. Why are they submitting the false report? It means our system has been incredible because of insensitivity of senior rank officers. Those grievances submitted on the public grievance portal, they only close on the portal and in regard to action, they are not taking any action. Whether it is not anarchy. Whether government is providing huge salary to take rest in the air conditioned rooms or work in the field. Public is crying and you are talking rest leisure.

It must be noted by the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City that staff opened drainage to clean it was not covered by the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City again which is causing injury to the people travelling on this road which reflects the carelessness of the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City. Here this question arises that when the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City will cover the open drainage by the lids. Whether it is not the laxity on the part of the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City. Undoubtedly it is showing the sheer insolence on the part of accountable staff of the municipality Mirzapur City that without completing the work they have submitted the report of the satisfaction of the complainant on the public grievance portal and on the basis of that report, grievance has been closed by the accountable staff of the portal. Whether it is not reflecting the failure of the cleanly drive mission of our great prime minister Modi sir.
