आवेदक का नाम-Kiran Singhविषय-The matter concerns land grabbing of Kiran Singh W/O Mr. Narendra Pratap Singh Mobile number-8687593247, House number-569/146 B , Barabirwa, Police Station-Krishna Nagar, District- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh by the Land Mafia colluding with police personnel.
Prayer-To register First Information Report against offenders and their companions and remove the illegal encroachments made on the road by them. Huge assets of police personnel colluding with the land mafia must be looked into thoroughly.

Details of offenders are as follows. 1-Kamala Dayal who is sub inspector in Local Intelligence Unit 2-Manoj Solanki, sub inspector police chowki Aishbagh Lucknow 3-Landlord cum builder Amit Yadav and 4-Land Mafia Vinod Yadav
Neither my plot nor attached road is secure because of the aforementioned offenders consequently inviting appropriate action by the concerned police but police is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter promoting aforementioned offenders to carry on construction activity illegally.
न तो मेरा प्लॉट और न ही उससे जुडी सड़क ही सुरक्षित है उपरोक्त अपराधियों के के कारण परिणामस्वरूप संबंधित पुलिस द्वारा उचित कार्रवाई को आमंत्रित करता उनका अपराध पूर्ण कार्यशैली , लेकिन अवैध रूप से निर्माण गतिविधि को करने के लिए उपरोक्त अपराधियों को बढ़ावा देने के मामले में पुलिस ढुलमुल रवैया अपना रही है जो कदापि न्यायोचित नहीं है

Right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound judicial system as well as well ordered administration reasons at least sufficient to indicate an application of mind to the matter before court. Another rationale is that the affected party can know why the decision has gone against him. One of the salutary requirements of natural justice is spelling out reasons for the order made If the enquiry cum investigation is still in progress, then they must tell by what time they will complete the investigation and investigation will culminate into a first information report.
Everyone knows that police indulges in land grabbing by colluding with Land Mafia as one of the source black income. Government issues circulars and memorandums to curb such crimes.Such criminal activities are quite common in Lucknow police as during last tenure of Yogi Aditynath government a matter of indulgence of a lady minister came to light supporting land mafia.
हर कोई जानता है कि पुलिस भू-माफियाओं के साथ सांठ-गांठ कर जमीन हड़पने में लिप्त है। सरकार ऐसे अपराधों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए परिपत्र और ज्ञापन जारी करती है। लखनऊ पुलिस में इस तरह की आपराधिक गतिविधियां काफी आम हैं क्योंकि योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार के पिछले कार्यकाल के दौरान एक महिला मंत्री की लिप्तता का मामला भू माफिया

थाना-कृष्णा नगर, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश के थाना प्रभारी को स्पष्ट करना चाहिए कि एक फुट रोड कहां है और किस प्रकार पीड़ित की निजी सड़क को अपराधियों द्वारा हथिया लिया जा सकता है? श्री मान जी कमला दयाल उपनिरीक्षक लोकल इंटेलिजेंस यूनिट जिस भू स्वामी से भू खंड खरीदा है वह दूसरा है और प्रार्थिनी द्वारा जमीन श्री मती शिमला देवी पत्नी राम सहाय यादव से श्री राम बालक यादब पुत्र श्री शंकर लाल निवासी अली नगर सुनहरा की मध्यस्थता में खरीदी गयी और इस रोड का बिबाद पूर्व में प्रार्थिनी और भू स्वामिनी के बीच में पैदा हुआ था जिसका निस्तारण एक समझौते के रूप में हुआ और वह समझौता खुद थाना-कृष्णा नगर, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश के थाना प्रभारी द्वारा दिनांक १४ अप्रैल २००५ को कराया गया जिसके गवाह श्री राम बालक यादब पुत्र श्री शंकर लाल निवासी अली नगर सुनहरा और प्रेम प्रकाश पुत्र मक्का लाल निवासी केसरीखेड़ा थे श्री मान समझौते के अनुसार १६ फ़ीट रास्ते को प्रार्थिनी किरन सिंह को दिया गया है उस पर भू स्वामिनी के सगे सम्बन्धी कभी कोई दावा नहीं करेंगे और किसी को बेचेंगे भी नहीं उसका इस्तेमाल प्रार्थिनी को करना है श्री मान जी

इस रोड का बिबाद पूर्व में प्रार्थिनी और भू स्वामिनी के बीच में पैदा हुआ था जिसका निस्तारण एक समझौते के रूप में हुआ और वह समझौता खुद थाना-कृष्णा नगर, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश के थाना प्रभारी द्वारा दिनांक १४ अप्रैल २००५ को कराया गया जिसके गवाह श्री राम बालक यादब पुत्र श्री शंकर लाल निवासी अली नगर सुनहरा और प्रेम प्रकाश पुत्र मक्का लाल निवासी केसरीखेड़ा थे श्री मान समझौते के अनुसार १६ फ़ीट रास्ते को प्रार्थिनी किरन सिंह को दिया गया है उस पर भू स्वामिनी के सगे सम्बन्धी कभी कोई दावा नहीं करेंगे और किसी को बेचेंगे भी नहीं उसका इस्तेमाल प्रार्थिनी को करना है श्री मान जी
ReplyDeleteIt seems that police is a judge in the Government of Uttar Pradesh and they have been above the rule of law you can say that at the place of supremacy of the law of land police has occupied the supremacy by replacing the law of land.
