The matter concerns municipality Mirzapur city and wide public interest.

It is most unfortunate that the applicant has sent more than five times OTP to register grievances on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh to mobile number-7379105911 but no OTP sent by the dilapidated website which needs operation in a transparent and accountable manner.

यह सबसे दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि आवेदक ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर मोबाइल नंबर -7379105911 पर शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए पांच बार से अधिक ओटीपी भेजा है, लेकिन जर्जर वेबसाइट द्वारा कोई ओटीपी नहीं भेजा गया है जिसे पारदर्शी और जवाबदेह तरीके से संचालन की आवश्यकता है

For the construction of the road damaged because of construction of Sangmohal overbridge by the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Sir, it was obligatory duty of the concerned public functionaries to repair the damaged road after completion of construction of Sangmohal overbridge which was made many years ago.

महोदय, कई वर्ष पूर्व बने संगममोहल ओवरब्रिज का निर्माण पूरा होने के बाद क्षतिग्रस्त सड़क की मरम्मत करना संबंधित लोक पदाधिकारियों का अनिवार्य कर्तव्य था

In the rainy season, we are facing utmost hardships because of deep mud collected on the road and this hundred meter long road because of the dereliction of the concerned public functionaries made the lives of pedestrians and bicycle-riding people hell.

बरसात के दिनों में सड़क पर कीचड़ जमा होने के कारण हमें अत्यधिक कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है और इस सौ मीटर लंबी सड़क ने संबंधित सार्वजनिक पदाधिकारियों की लापरवाही के कारण पैदल चलने वालों और साइकिल सवार लोगों के जीवन को नरक बना दिया है

Think about the gravity of the situation that to reach on the other side of the Sangmohal railway crossing during the rainy day, we have to travel an extra one kilometer otherwise footwears and clothes will not remain safe because this overlooked road is the signal of anarchy of the callous approach of the officers in the district.

स्थिति की गंभीरता के बारे में सोचें कि बरसात के दिनों में संगममोहल रेलवे क्रॉसिंग के दूसरी तरफ पहुंचने के लिए, हमें एक किलोमीटर अतिरिक्त यात्रा करनी होगी अन्यथा जूते और कपड़े सुरक्षित नहीं रहेंगे क्योंकि यह अनदेखी सड़क अराजकता का संकेत है जिले के अधिकारियों का ढुलमुल रवैया

Sir, it is ground reality of the development in the district which is terrific not pleasant. महोदय, यह जिले के विकास की जमीनी हकीकत है जो सुखद नहीं भयानक है

It is quite obvious that when the concerned staff of the Government of Uttar Pradesh submits the report that the matter concerns the municipality Mirzapur City and public work department then how can they consider the grievance disposed of? This is a cryptic and mysterious way to run away from the grievances of the common people in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This is a cunning trick of the staff who are monitoring the redress of the grievances at the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. More than one month passed since the date complaint was made and they said that the matter does not concern to the department concerned but the matter concerning with the working of the municipality mirzapur city. Where is the transparency and accountability in the working of public authority in Government of Uttar Pradesh who are playing games with the grievances of common people concerning with the wide public interest who are creating lawlessness and anarchy in government machinery.
