The matter concerns the working of the senior superintendent of police, Prayagraj as humiliation of Vandana Singh by the proprietor of the Sahara Nursing Home was overlooked arbitrarily by the concerned police. मामला वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक, प्रयागराज के कामकाज से संबंधित है क्योंकि सहारा नर्सिंग होम के मालिक द्वारा वंदना सिंह के अपमान को संबंधित पुलिस द्वारा मनमाने ढंग से अनदेखा किया गया
शिकायत संख्या:-40017522088591 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M. P. Singhविषय-An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Vandana Singh daughter of Nandlal Singh to make complaint against biased and prejudiced approach of concerned police.
The Complainant made efforts to submit feedback on the Jansunwai portal but OTP was not sent on the mobile number -7379105911 of the complainant Yogi M. P. Singh.
शिकायतकर्ता ने जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर फीडबैक देने का प्रयास किया लेकिन शिकायतकर्ता योगी एम पी सिंह के मोबाइल नंबर -7379105911 पर ओटीपी नहीं भेजा गया
श्री मान जी श्री राजेश कुमार यादव क्षेत्राधिकारी करछना प्रयागराज की दो रिपोर्ट है और उनका यह निर्णय की दोनों विवेचना अलग अलग पुलिस उपनिरीक्षकों से कराइ जो काबिले तारीफ है पहली रिपोर्ट २८ अप्रैल २०२२ की है जिसकी विवेचना थाना प्रभारी घूरपुर जनपद प्रयागराज द्वारा की गई और दूसरी आख्या ०४ जून २०२२ की है जिसकी विवेचना उपनिरीक्षक गौरव सिंह थाना घूरपुर जनपद प्रयागराज द्वारा की गई उपरोक्त विवेचना अधिकारियों द्वारा अलग अलग कहानी बनाई गयी जैसा की समाज जानता है पुलिस तथ्यों पर जाने के बजाय अपनी कहानी बनाने में महारथी है कम से कम श्री राजेश कुमार यादव क्षेत्राधिकारी करछना प्रयागराज को चाहिए था की पीड़िता पर दबाव बनाने वाली इस कहानी को तैयार करने से पहले दोनों में कुछ समानता बनाने का प्रयास करना चाहिए था श्री मान जी दबंग प्रोप्राइटर द्वारा वीडियो क्लिप में अपनी आराजकता का परिचय दिया गया है वह आप की उपरोक्त कपोल कल्पित आख्या से स्पस्ट है
वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रयाग राज यदि पीड़ित महिला को न्याय दिला सकते है और पुलिस में एक असंसदीय भाषा का प्रयोग करने वाले करोड़ पती के विरुद्ध जो प्रबंधक कम क्रूर ज्यादा दीखता है वीडियो क्लिप में कार्यवाही करने की क्षमता है तो मामले को आगे बढ़ाया जाय अन्यथा यह मान लिया जाय की सम्बंधित पुलिस महिला अपराधों के प्रति असम्बेदनशील है

घूरपुर थाना द्वारा एफ0आई0आर0 दर्ज करने में निष्क्रियता बाबत गोहनिया, प्रयागराज में वंदना सिंह और उनके छोटे भाई पर सहारा नर्सिंग होम के मालिक द्वारा किए गए अत्याचार के खिलाफ The Honourable Supreme Court of India, while delivering its judgment in the matter of T.T.Antony vs. State of Kerala & Ors.3, laid down certain important points regarding Sec. 154 of the Cr.P.C. FIRs can be registered by a victim, a witness or someone else with knowledge of the crime. As per the laws laid down u/s 154 of the Cr.P.C., the complainant can give information about the offence either in written or orally. In regard to who can file an FIR, the Apex Court of India has observed that. Here entire evidence and video clips were made available to concerned police and a signed request submitted by Vandana Singh itself on the advice of circle officer Karchhana. Whether police after registering F.I.R. under the aforementioned section of Cr.P.C. summoned Vandana Singh to record the statement under the following section of The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973,Central Government ActSection 160 in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973,160. Power of Police officer to require attendance of witnesses.(1) Any police officer, making an investigation under this Chapter may, by order in writing, require the attendance before himself of any person being within the limits of his own or any adjoining station who, from the information given or otherwise, appears to be acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case and such person shall attend as so required: Provided that no male person under the age of fifteen years or woman shall be required to attend at any place other than the place in which such male person or woman resides.(2) The State Government may, by rules made in this behalf, provide for the
