U.P. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given an ultimatum to remove encroachments and illegal stands by initiating special campaigns. He directed the subordinates to ensure the roadside shops at the fixed places. Unfit school vehicles will not be allowed on the roads. Overbridge is not a place of stunt show by the loafers. He also gave an ultimatum to remove illegal taxi and bus stands within 48 hours. Applicant has made repeated complaints in the following matter but unfortunately no action on the part of District Magistrate, superintendent of police and R.T.O. Office Mirzapur because such stands are a lucrative source of backdoor income of the corrupt public staff.  श्री मान जी रोड वेज़ परिसर के पास तीन चार स्टैंड अवैध ढंग से संचालित हो रहे है जिनकी वीडियो ग्राफी करा के रोडवेज़ के प्रबंधक ने कार्यवाही की मांग की किन्तु मामले में कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई सहायक सड़क परिवहन अधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर का कहना है की १०३ गाड़ियों का परमिट है जब की अकेले इन तीन अवैध स्टैंडो से १५० से अधिक बिना परमिट की गाड़ियों का सञ्चालन हो रहा है रिपोर्ट में दो यात्री कर अधिकारिओं को इन मार्गो पर चौकसी वरतने के लिए श्री मान जी पहले भी तो ये अधिकारी चौकसी वरत रहे थे और जिले में भारी संख्या में बिना परमिट के गाड़ियों का संचालन धड़ल्ले से जारी था

रोडवेज के पास चल रहे अवैध स्टैंड बस, प्रतिदिन एक लाख का घाटा

मिर्जापुर। परिवहन विभाग और कटरा कोतवाली पुलिस की लापरवाही से रोडवेज परिसर के पास अवैध स्टैंडों पर बिना परमिट की गाड़ियां संचालित हो रही हैं। इससे रोडवेज को प्रतिदिन एक लाख का घाटा हो रहा है। रोडवेज के क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक ने परिवहन विभाग के अधिकारियों और पुलिस अधीक्षक को कई बार मामले से अवगत कराया पर दोनों में से किसी विभाग ने अवैध स्टैंडों से चलने वाले वाहनों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं कीक्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक सीबी राम ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय कृत मार्गो पर मिर्जापुर से सोनभद्र, मिर्जापुर से वाराणसी, इलाहाबाद, हनुमना मार्ग पर प्राइवेट वाहन बिना परमिट के चल रहे है। चुनार व रामनगर रुट पर 10 बसों का परमिट है। बाकी अन्य राष्ट्रीयकृत मार्गो पर बिना परमिट के प्राइवेट वाहन चल रहे है। बताया कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश है कि रोडवेज परिसर के पास एक किमी के दायरे में किसी भी प्राइवेट स्टैंड का संचालन न हो। इसके बाद भी रोडवेज परिसर के पास तीन से चार अवैध स्टैंड का संचालन हो रहा है। जहां बस, जीप, व अन्य वाहन मिलाकर डेढ़ सौ से अधिक है। बस वाले तो रोडवेज के दक्षिणी गेट के पास तिराहे पर गाड़ी खड़ा कर सवारियों को बैठाते है। इन गाड़ियों का नंबर नोट करके पुलिस और परिवहन विभाग को जानकारी दी गई। इसके बाद भी इनके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है। न तो पुलिस विभाग कोई कार्रवाई कर रहा है न ही परिवहन विभाग ही इनके परमिट आदि की जांच कर रहा है। अवैध और बिना परमिट वाले वाहनों के संचालन से रोडवेज का एक लाख रुपया प्रतिदिन का घाटा हो रहा हैStill no action has been taken by the Yogi Government because of the lawlessness and anarchy that originated from corruption. 

It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when the regional manager of the Roadways made repeated complaints to the accountable officers of the department of transport of Vindhyachal Mirzapur division and they overlooked the request of a responsible officer willfully is itself a matter of great concern. Here are many staffs including senior rank staffs who are posted in this office by making the mockery of the new transfer policy of the government on the flimsy ground is a matter of great concern and it is confirmed that if they will not lessen the corrupt activities and state functionaries will remain mute spectators of it, then applicant will have not option except to open the Pandora's Box which will expose the each corrupt officer of the department of Transport, District-Mirzapur. Promotion at the same place or some other cunning tricks may not be allowed as blocked application of new transfer policy or making its provisions inert. Bad games may not be played with the spirit of the new transfer policy adopted in order to weaken the roots of deep rooted corruption.

It is quite obvious that the grievance has been disposed off by submitting the report that the matter does not concern law and order but it is concerned with the transport and road safety. Most revered sir whether it is substantial ground to close the grievance when the content of the grievance are still untouched. How can it be good governance if the grievances of the common people concerning serious allegations of corruption are disposed off by submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports quite obvious from the matter. Whether an honest government can overlook the matter consisting the deep rooted corruption as being done by the government headed by honest chief minister Yogi Adityanath. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of public functionaries if the government is interested to provide an honest government machinery for the people of the state of Uttar Pradesh. Honesty can be propagated only through honest people not by corrupt.
