Either the computerized application number-202116199010000106 made available by the staff of theTahsil Sadar is wrong or concerned staff submitted bogus and arbitrary reports to conceal its wrongdoings. Following is the status of computerized application number-202116199010000106 which is showing that the application number is not available, quite obvious from the attached screenshot. This implies that concerned staff of the Tahsil Sadar submitted the baseless report on the public grievance portal of the government of India and Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether it is not corruption that concerned staff are procrastinating in transferring the property to the inheritors? How justice would be available to the weaker and the downtrodden section in this era of corruption which prevailed throughout in the administration of sub divisional magistrate. They are falsely saying that the matter is subjudice while the factual position is that they are adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter of deep rooted irregularities. My father departed to the heavenly abode on 03 May 2021 and today is 30th April 2022 which means near about 1 year passed but concerned did not perform the act of mutation of the property in the name of Rajendra Pratap Singh to the inheritors. Whether it is justified to close the grievances in the name of proceedings carried out in the quasi judicial courts falsely as it has been practice in the working of the tehsil Sadar district Mirzapur who have closed several representations in this way. Everyone knows that corruption is rampant in the government machinery and such procrastinations on the part of government functionaries is a part of the corrupt practice in the working of the public authority so there must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public staff.
