* Description of Information Sought बैठक से नदारद आठ अधिकारियों का रूका एक दिन का वेतन वाराणसी ब्यूरो Updated Mon, 04 Oct 2021 11:45 PM IST मिर्जापुर। कलेेक्ट्रेट सभागार में सोमवार को आयोजित संचारी रोग नियंत्रण की तैयारी संबंधी आयोजित बैठक से नदारद जिला स्तर के आठ अधिकारियों का डीएम ने एक दिन का वेतन रोकने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही इस अनुशासनहीनता पर उन्होंने नाराजगी जताई। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि आगे से ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण अभियानों की बैठकों से गायब होने वाले अधिकारियों के विरूद्ध विभागीय कार्यवाही की जाएगी। बैठक से जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी, प्रभारी जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी, जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी, जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक, ईओ नगर पालिका, उप निदेशक कृषि, मुख्य पशु चिकित्साधिकारी एवं जिला दिव्यांग कल्याण अधिकारी अनुपस्थित रहें।
Herewith this RTI request, paper clip of popular local Hindi daily Amar Ujala dated 18 Sep 2021 is attached which categorically states that District Magistrate Mirzapur Mr. Praveen Kumar Lakshkar deducted the salary of one day of the assistant regional transport officer Vijay Prakash Singh for not pursuing the guidelines of the government of Uttar Pradesh regarding disposal of grievances of the aggrieved people by the field officers by remaining present in the office between 10 to 12 O clock in the morning.

1-Please provide the communication /advice note sent by district magistrate to chief treasury officer Mirzapur regarding the deduction of salary of one day of the A.R.T.O. Vijay Prakash Singh if not sent, provides the reason as required under subsection 1 d of the section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
2-According to news update Mon, 04 Oct 2021 11:45 PM IST, as aforementioned eight officers remained absent in the meeting convened by District Magistrate to control infectious disease consequently D.M. Mirzapur ordered deduction of one day salary of B.S.A., In charge district program officer, D.P.R.O., DIOS, E.O. Municipality, Deputy Director agriculture, Chief veterinary officer and Handicapped welfare officer Mirzapur. Whatever action has been taken by D.M. Office, provide feedback. If not taken any action, provide the reason.

Factual position is that District Magistrate Mirzapur Praveen Kumar Laxkar in order to falsely glorify its own image among the masses circulated this news of deduction of salary of the officers through print and electronic media who did not remain present in the meeting convened by him. Actually he did not deduct any salary of the wrongdoers who disobeyed him consequently committed job of undisciplined subordinates. These wrongdoer staff are drawing their salary from the treasury which under the ambit of District Magistrate which charge was taken by the District Magistrate on the foremost day as he assumed the charge of the district. D.M. Mirzapur is procrastinating in providing information because of corruption.
ReplyDeleteThey are running away from providing information because they know that they have not taken any action against the undisciplined staff by the district magistrate Mirzapur Mr Praveen Kumar lakshkaar quite obvious from the post which is reflects anarchy in the government machinery.
