Grievance Description
The matter concerns deep rooted corruption of L.D.A. and arbitrary denial of special working officer of L.D.A. to entertain the grievances of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh. An application on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh under Article 51 A of the constitution of India.
According to the vice-chairman LDA-THIS MATTER IS NOT RELATED TO LDA but it is the frustration of the poor vice-chairman of LDA.
Think about the gravity of the situation that neither you understand English nor hindi and the matter you have been entertaining for more than three years now saying that this matter does not concern you. Whether it is not showing your insolence to the applicant and senior rank officers of the chief minister office monitoring the Jansunwai portal? Who did the registry of the impugned land cum plot without examining the papers which were due during the time of registry? They neither had the papers issued by the L.D.A. during the time of registry and still they do not have such papers as originally made available by L.D.A. It is quite obvious that you overlooked the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad and executed the registry arbitrarily because of loose integrity and culture of corruption in the Lucknow Development Authority. संदर्भ संख्या : 40015722002323 , दिनांक - 14 Jan 2022 तक की स्थितिआवेदनकर्ता का विवरण :शिकायत संख्या:-40015722002323 आवेदक का नाम-Dinesh Pratap Singhविषय-Complaint Diary No 1865/IN/2021 Section CHPR Language ENGLISH Mode BY INTERNETReceived Date 20/07/2021 Complaint Date 20/07/2021 Victim Victim Name DINESH PRATAP SINGH Gender Male Religion Hindu Cast General Address S/O ANGAD PRASAD Action Date 14/12/2021 Authority THE VICE CHAIRMAN, LUCKNOW DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, LUCKNOWProcceeding याचिका की प्रतिलिपि उपाध्यक्ष, लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण, लखनऊ को इस निर्देश के साथ भेज दी जाये कि वह प्रार्थी श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह दिये गये शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र के सन्दर्भ में जारी किये गये आदेशों के परिपेक्ष्य मे अपने स्तर से आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करायें। प्रार्थी की ओर से उपरोक्त सन्दर्भ में कृत कार्यवाही की सूचना नियमानुसार सूचनाए मांगी गई किन्तु आप ने अभी तक कोई सूचना उपलब्ध नहीं कराई गई श्री मान जी पिछले कई बार से आप द्वारा चाहे शिकायत हो या जन सूचना अधिकार के तहत मांगी गयी सूचना हो आपने सभी का निस्तारण इस आधार पर किया है मामले में समिति गठित कर दी गयी है जो आबंटन सम्बन्धी अनियमितता और निबंधन विलेख संपादन करने में अनियमितता की जांच कर रही है जांच पूर्ण करने के उपरांत आप को सूचना दे दी जाएगी किन्तु आप ने गठन सम्बन्धी जानकारी जैसे सदस्यों की जानकारी समित नामित करने वाले की जानकारी गोपनीय रखी जब की प्रकरण भ्र्ष्टाचार से सम्बंधित है और आप ने इस भी स्पस्ट नहीं किया की समिति कब तक जांच पूर्ण करेंगी श्री मन कई महीने बीत गए किन्तु आप द्वारा कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया गया श्री मान जी पिछले तीन वर्षो से आप द्वारा अनियमितता की जांच की जा रही है और वस्तु स्थित यह है की आप द्वारा स्मरण पत्रों की बौछार की गई किन्तु दोषियों ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया थक हार कर आप अपनी नपुंसकता छिपाने के लिए समिति गठित कर दी श्री मान जी क्या समिति की भी जांच उसी तरह से निष्प्रभावी हो जाएगी जैसा की आप की पूर्व की जांचे श्री मान जी क्या समिति द्वारा जांच का सहारा ले कर जनसूचना अधिकार के तहत मांगी गई सूचनाओं को इंकार करना और भ्र्ष्टाचार को छुपाना क्या अपराध नहीं है क्या माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश को दरकिनार करके निबंधन की कार्यवाही बिना सम्बंधित दस्तावेजों का परिशीलन किये करना अपराध की कोटि में नहीं आता श्री मान जी क्या बिभाग पूर्ण रूप से भ्र्ष्टाचार रुपी दानव के शिकंजे में नहीं फस चुका है जहा भ्र्ष्टाचार के बिरुद्ध कार्यवाही के नाम पर सिर्फ लीपा पोती होती है और कुछ नहीं जैसा की टालमटोल से स्पस्ट है श्री मान जी सौ में से एक दो तो ईमानदार होइए हर कोई बेईमान हो जाएगा तो देश कहा जाएगा श्री मान जी आप की रजिस्ट्री को ही आधार बना कर पुलिस द्वारा प्रार्थी और प्रार्थी के परिवार पर बर्बरता पूर्ण कार्यवाही किया गया तत्कालीन अधिकारियों द्वारा सिर्फ जेबे गरम की गई माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश को दरकिनार करके निबंधन की कार्यवाही बिना सम्बंधित दस्तावेजों का परिशीलन किये करना
