To Station officer Police station-Ashiana, District-Lucknow Subject-श्री मान जी आप के थाने के दीवान ने कल लगभग आठ बजे रात अर्थात मंगलवार १६ नवंबर २०२१ को अपने चल भाष से १३ मिनट २२ सेकंड्स बात किया वे किसी जनसूचना आवेदन के सम्बन्ध में जानकारी चाहते थे उन्हें समझ में नहीं आ रहा है क्योकि उसका विषयवस्तु आंग्ल भाषा में है इसलिए श्री मान जी प्रार्थी आज उनसे उसी सम्बन्ध सपर्क साधना चाहता था वे उस आवेदन को प्रार्थी के whatsapp पर भेज दे जिससे प्रार्थी उसका हिंदी अनुवाद उपलब्ध करा सके जिससे आप लोगो की समस्या हल हो जाय किन्तु वे समस्त घंटी बजने के बावजूद फ़ोन उठा नहीं रहे है इसलिए प्रार्थी को प्रार्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत जनसूचना आवेदन की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये उस १३ मिनट्स २२ सेकण्ड्स के बातचीत के क्रम जिसके लिए प्रार्थी सदैव आप का आभारी रहेगा Honourable Sir, With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-If the police can talk to anyone at any time, then they must also be ready to talk to aggrieved people for better coordination and to achieve vision of good governance. 2-The applicant is a human rights defender cum anti-corruption crusader and advocates transparency and accountability so seeks information from public authorities to fix the accountabilities of the concerned. 3-Sir, as you know that there is rampant corruption in the government machinery and most public functionaries of the government are corrupt so they obstruct my pious approach but there are few who also support me and expect a ray of hope from my activities. 4-Initially I thought that this time Ashiana police would be interested to provide me information so I could seek more detail instead of misleading information but when he is not picking up his mobile phone number-9532231450, then such cryptic activities create suspense in the mind. 5-On the one side of the screen , the government of Uttar Pradesh talks of coordination among citizens and police but police in the state are not interested in leaving the legacy of police inherited from colonial rule. 6-Screenshots of conversation detail is available in the attached document consequently vide attached documents for confirmation.
