Following signed application sent by the aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya on 02/09/2021 through speed registered post on 02 Sept 2021 and this communication was received in the office of the Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi 06 Sept 2021 quite obvious from the online tracking of the speed registered post on the website of the department post which is attached herewith. Officer Name Shri Bhaskar Pandey Officer Designation Joint Secretary Contact Address Chief Minister Secretariat Room No.321 U.P. Secretariat, Lucknow could not understand the contents of the grievance.. Whether the applicant had appointed the aforementioned officer to redress the grievances of the people received in the office of the chief minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh Joint Secretary Bhaskar Pandey had to send the grievance on the address explicitly given in the grievance but it is unfortunate that he is incompetent enough to understand the contents of the grievances consequently aggrieved citizens have to face quality less redressal of their grievances. Undoubtedly a qualified person had to be appointed on this key post who may understand the contents of the grievances so that grievances of the aggrieved people may be redressed properly and aggrieved may thank to chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath. Our motive is good governance but it seems that our public functionaries because of the deep rooted corruption in the government machinery are not interested to mend their ways. The matter is pending before the accountable public functionaries since 2015 and when they returned the document on the basis that it was forged document were submitted by the concerned school administration when the applicant Pradip Kumar Maurya found such objection he demanded the cocertificate from the school concerned and whatever they made available he sent the same to the concerned staff of the u p board. In order to get his marksheet corrected from the concerned staff of the regional office of the board of secondary education Uttar Pradesh, he sent the cocertificate as it is, as provided by the school management.

ReplyDeleteश्रीमान जी क्या प्रदीप कुमार का अंकपत्र हाई स्कूल का अभी तक सुधरा उनकी डेट ऑफ बर्थ तो अभी भी 1996 ही है अर्थात यदि कोई पैसा नहीं देगा जब उन लोगों को घूस नहीं मिलेगा तो वे उसे नहीं सुधारेंगे श्रीमान जी जब समस्त डाक्यूमेंट्स प्रस्तुत किए गए तो उसके बाद पूरे डाक्यूमेंट्स को छोटे से कारण के लिए क्यों वापस कर दिया गया क्योंकि प्रार्थना पत्र एक बार दिया जाता है याद उसमें कोई अशुद्धि थी कोई त्रुटि थी तो उसे शुद्ध किया जा सकता था फिर पुनः है आवेदन आमंत्रित करना खुद एक भ्रष्टाचार है यह एक परेशान करने का ट्रिक है जो इसलिए किया जा रहा है क्योंकि प्रदीप कुमार मौर्य उन्हें घुस नहीं दिया
