Finally PIO in the office of principal chief conservator of forest sent the matter to divisional chief conservator of forest Gorakhpur division to provide information but unfortunately he did not take any action in the matter which reflects lawlessness and anarchy in the department of forest.

3-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that concerned only procrastinating on the matter concerned with human rights violation of a staff acting daily wage staff depriving him from salary of 29 months in the home district of Yogi Aditya Nath from where he won the record time parliamentary seat.
4-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that following is the information sought not understood by PIO in the office of principal chief conservator but later on the interference of the First Appellate Authority it was transferred to public authority chief conservator of forest in Gorakhpur zone.
