More than three years passed but Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited failed to set up a roof top solar panel application system and subordinate staff are submitting arbitrary reports after long procrastination. Whether it is justifying in the wide public interest that government functionaries are itself befooling the common citizens in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Why is the government looting by luring us in the name of the Rooftop Solar Panel Application System? It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that on one side of the screen government was claiming to install rooftop solar power plant of capacity 100 megawatts but where is that power plant if after three years of the application concerned staffs of the government did not contact the applicant to prepare estimates while during the submission of the application it was told to the applicant that I will be soon contacted by their staffs. It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that whether it is not cheating that they are charging applications for RoofTop Solar Panel Application System but how can it be justified that a public authority may charge a fee of such a scheme which does not actually exist at ground level? If any such scheme exists then why are they not proceeding forward?
