Short submissions are as follows.
1-Applicant affirms that he is the resident of the aforementioned village.
2-Applicant went to ancestors house in order to clean it in the wake of Deepawali.
3-At 10:40 I reached there, I saw the bricks before the door of my room which surprised me.
4-More surprised when the aforementioned came to me by hurling abuses at me in order to assault me but those present there held him so that he could not assault. But he threatened me kill if I will go to my ancestors house i.e. if I will go there.
5-I was so scared as my 9 years old son and younger were with me.
6-Whether I should leave ancestors house because of fear psychosis being created by our neighbours. Once this man had axed my father when we brothers and sisters were at the tender age but it was gods grace that he survived as the wound was not as deep as we were so frightened so at that time no first information report was lodged.
7-Rajesh Pratap Singh lives in Mumbai came here to participate in the last rite of the elder brother of his father.
8-Whether police are not duty bound to ensure the protection of the applicant and his family.
9-Sir opposition is crime loving and can go up to any extent.
10-Applicant had made the calls to his elder brother Yogi M. P. Singh from his cell phone to his number 7379105911 at 10:46 and later on.

Undue delay was made by the concerned in processing the matter which was the root cause of the lackadaisical approach of the applicant. There must be faith that police may provide justice otherwise who will remain silent after humiliation.
